I visited to vcare hospital at erode branch on 26th june and opted for a treatment.

They explained the packages for treatment, and the package amount was bit high, so I said, need to confirm with my parents, and they said today having an offer, so you can just pay some amount to lock the offer, So as they say, I am also paid Rs. 5000 for initial amount and take the basic theraphy,

I’m Sanjeev p s, I have applied for loan in Ezfinanz for hair treatment( bio cell treatment). For 62350 rupees. But I have come to know this treatment is not effective . 2 years back, Vcare managment approved to cancel the Loan that they made me take from Bajaj finserv.
I have all proofs with me in my mail loop.
General manager operation himself approved the loan cancellation process.

Now im getting a call from Lawyer asking me to pay the loan installment, And they asking me to pay the fine percentage too...

Ive been taking laser treatment from vcare since may 19, such a bad response i got from that unit is that machine is not available for last 3 months (Sungam coimbatore) and everytime i have to go to another branch (Rs puram cbe), they should have informed us on this before starting the treatment and the growth is not controlled at al coz am giving 2 months gap btw two sittings which is not at all my mistake, already complaint has been raised...
