i am vcare customer from 2017, i am facing the problem with the vcare nizampet branch from last 6month regarding PRP double entry and this is done by v care team . it is almost 6 months completed but still my problem was not solved . they are not responding from past 6month.
every time they are skip the problem.
kindly solve the issue immediately.

I would like to raise a complaint against v care kammanahalli center in Bangalore. We have taken full face hair removal treatment and there is no proper response from any one from this branch. Initially Dr Maria gave lot of commitments with 100% results. Now in the branch all associates has been replaced and they do not have enough experience to treat people and we are not getting proper response. Starting days there was a issue with lazer machine availability in whole Bangalore and now lack of trichologists. We are tired and raising this complaint

Im Mahalakshmi, i paid Rs 50000 for laser hair removal ( 10 sitting with 2 free sitting totally 12 sitting ) on july 8 2020. I enquried the incharge about duration of treatment because it was peak corona time, cant attend treatment regularly like that. They said there is no duration its according to the hair growth you have. So i attend 6 session till 2021 nov. On feb 2022 i made a call to v care vellore and said i have slight hair growth but im pregnant, they said after 3 month of delivery u come mam. Then i made a call on april 2023. Then said my session was closed. I asked them without any information how u can close my session that too i informed about my pregnancy to you. I called number of times they didnt respond. By taking my infant i went to the clinic on oct 2023. They asked me to give written complaints and will call back within 15 days. Since i didnt receive any call from them. I made online complaints by call the customer care officer said ill receive a call, but since i didnt receive any call.

I visited porur chennai vcare branch for my acne treatment they told me it would cost 40k and there will complete recovery.But then it is still the same as I was before there is no improvement either in my skin nor reducing acne. I already spent 50k for this. There is a doctor change in between my treatment. The second doctor is very immature and doesn't know any medical treatment related she just talks unnecessary things other than treatment. Just in one instance i had a cyst on my head and she was not able to confirm me if is a cyst or a lump and she asked me to visit a general physician for treatment. They are not responsible at all for the treatment. I am just wasting my time and money. I want full refund

Why are you calling multiple times a day from random numbers? Not a good way to market your products/services. If you continue this way, you'll sure end up in pulled in a court case.

I visited vcare clinic in Ambattur for my hairloss problem. After I noticed hairloss for 1 week staright, I didn't wait or hesitate and visited vcare clinic in Ambattur. The doctor consulted me to take one of thier package, which contains three subcategories ( one for only hair loss control, second for hairloss control and hair regrowth and the last being the premium one, which doesn't alone stop hair loss but also produces more hair). I opted the premium one paying rupees 70000 INR. Doctor said that this will have 6 sittings, in which hairloss will stop by 3rd sitting and hair growth will be seen well before the treatment(baby hairs will appear by third sitting). But unfortunately I didn't notice anything till 4rth sitting. When I asked for the reason, the doctor said you can see it before next sitting. And guess what, in the next sitting she left the clinic completely and I was asked to see a new doctor. When I visited the new doctor, she didn't knew about my past and said dont worry, you can take maitanance sittings(10) in which I can see hair growth.

Each sitting went past, no improvement was seen. Hairloss was increasing day by day. I also reported loss of eyebrows to the new doctor, for which she said its nothing and said to ignore. As sittings were been completed, even hairloss wasnt stoped. Doctor suggested me to take hair folitery kit( for stopping hair loss). After a month no improvement was seen. She again said to use the same kit. Again same result. The hair products and medicines which were prescribed to me were perfectly followed. After 6 months of treatment (with no improvement) I started to notice eyebrow fall which was noticeable ( earlier it wasn't). Finally doctor took it as a note. Seeing no improvement in preventing hairloss she said she will ask her CEO and prescibe what to do next. She said me to take vit D test. The results showed me I was defficeint in it.

By this time we paid almost 1.3 lakhs which had 2 treatment packages, 6+6 sittings, 5 serums, plenty of oils, tablets, etc. Seeing this doctor said this is the first time she is seeing a client whose hairfall didn't stop even after this much work. She said she will ask her CEO and say what to do next. Also she said she will ask the management to give some treatment from their side to stop my hairloss. She said she will tell me the information within 3 days.
When I asked her after those 3 days, she said the CEO was busy and asked me to ask her in watsapp( which was company's number). I was asking her daily and the responses were disappointing. First she was saying she will say soon...which later turned to ignoring messages and later turned to irresponsible messages like "mm". This happened for 3 weeks. I went to her and asked about it. She said that time management didn't allow her to use WhatsApp and my messages were been replied by someother guy. He didn't even inform the doctor and was replying by himself and didn't inform anything to the doctor. Then doctor said she will send update with 2 days...Now its more than that. I messaged that same watsapp number (ignored already) and mailed them which also seems to be ignored.

My hairloss has been increasing day by day, with now almost by 50 percent of the eyebrows been fallen. Finally after a month she said that ceo sir asked a bunch of blood tests. I took all and everything now was normal. I updated her the very next day. She said she will ask ceo and tell response within 2 days. Its now more than 2 weeks. My hairs have fallen by 70 percent. It clearly seems that they are playing with me. Please do some help and make them see my concern as soon as possible.

Hii v care, I am komala from Tirupati, I am taken the treatment of hydra facial the course of 6 sittings, now I am gripping for the remaining sitting because of the laser treatment not suitable for body, when I done 1 st sitting treatment, now i suffering for headache still now, so please refund my amount with as early as possible, i am done 32000 payment

Hi myself Bharath, my customer id is CHE21050006. Let me explain breifly about my issue. I started treatment for my hair loss around June month of 2021. And in my crown area I did hair transplant on the same year. But at the end of the year 2021 i got scalp inflammation issue and I complained about that. Because after HT 6 months is all good but after starting of CHRK treatment i got inflammation issue, they said its bcz of Mintop 5%, so I slowly stopped that and halt treatment also for some time period. Now it is 2023 end still am having that issue and its not properly guided I literally stopped my treatments because of no trust. More than 2 Lakhs spent. But no improvement even after HT and still suffering with inflammation issue there is no proper guidance for that. Below the list of my complaints:

1. As promised they are not transplanted 3500 follicles and they cheated by CHRK treatment.
2. No imporvements after HT.
3. Still these 3 years suffering from scalp infection but not solution for that. Suffering from irritation, itching and burning sensation always.
4. Still my money is there around 50k I need refund.

My Doctors are:

2. Sai
3. Surgery doctor resigned so following the available surgery doctors in that Abhirami doctor seems like good but she is also not available following her around 5 months. WTF!!

Am following surgery doctors no response. everytime i lost my trust personally and mentally i suffered lot. I need solution for my scalp issue and my money. Am highly frusted and going to take this into next level. After losing my patience am writing this. You are highly responsible for my mental issues for these last 3 years. My money time everything waste no results only issues. Am getting afraid now while seeing Vcare poster itself!! Gonna complaint about this to government as a next level if you are not ready to take proper action. I have all communications and bills proof.

I am receiving many call back to back everyday from different branches of v care regarding hair and skin care. Why?? Even I concluded that I just call once to know details and not interest in further. Make sure to stop calling from v care services further...

They are not cancelling my loan
