I am receiving many call back to back everyday from different branches of v care regarding hair and skin care. Why?? Even I concluded that I just call once to know details and not interest in further. Make sure to stop calling from v care services further...

They are not cancelling my loan...

I visited to vcare at RS puram Coimbatore branch on 13 th august and a treatment. Beard Transplantation but Cardiac fitness not fit i ask Refund my money . more than 1 mouth I request vcare customer support, but no responses from their side,

However i haven’t taken any treatment.

Iam a customer for the vcare Ambattur clinic for the past 1 year for the hair removal program and I used to call them for getting the appointment for the sitting but I don't get the proper response from their side each and every time and now I am trying past 2 days to get the appointment for the sitting but they are not even responding properly and I have also sent the letter through WhatsApp but also they are not responding...

I visited to vcare hospital at RS puram Coimbatore branch on 09thaugust and opted for a treatment.

They explained the packages for treatment, and the package amount was bit high, so you can just pay some amount to lock the offer, So as they say, I am also paid Rs. 55000 for full amount and take the basic theraphy,

After that day, and have a some financial and family issue, so i need to cancel the treatment,...

I have consulted vcare on August 2022 for hair regrowth, after consulting i captured a picture to see my results myself, all these time i was fooled listening to vcare, they were saying my donor was developed.

But after long time when I compare my hair with my old picture i found that I lost my hair, I was treated by untrained person twice I am not satisfied with the service.

I request you to change your process...

One year ago, i have visited vcare clinic at anna nagar 2nd avenue.

Doctors suggested PRP and cell theraphy. But i used to travel alot so i said them some sessions can be delayed.

They said its not a problem and made me to pay for PRP (3+1) and cell theraphy in full payment which i did.

I took few sessions of theraphy only 2 sessions pending
and then took 3 RPR, 1 session pending

I have paid full amount for the treatment and i didnt attend any session of treatment because of some personal problems.. And requesting for repayment as soon as possible...

Dear sir/madam I took A Total Package of Tattoo Removal Purpose, with total 6 to 7 sittings …. They have given me only 3 Sittings… Now No one Are Responding In Time . Consulted Doctor is Out of Communication…… They Are making to Visit the Care centre often but no Use…..plz Have look to Continue the Treatment or Make sure and Refund My Paid Amount...

I have reached out to v care for hair removal treatment and in appointment they confirmed me that I won't get hair after sittings even I double checked she said the same like I won't get hair permanently. I believed in v care and went ahead with further treatment by paying 80000. Hope this is not the small amount. I was okay with first 2 sittings however later I felt bad in remaining two sittings one because of machine problem and other therapist...

I had hair transplant surgery with Vcare on 3rd Nov 2022, and initally I identified the surgery was not done properly as there is huge gap between graphs and the I contacted surgen but no response and I started to contact my consult doctor in Guntur branch but they asked to wait for few days until hair grows, I have waited but there is no result, I keep contacting them asking for resolution and they are not even responding to me and everytime...

on 15th January 2023 i visited jayanagar branch for 3rd session of facial hair removal treatment i got service after 30 min ( after 10 min they removed hair, gap of 10 min doctor came for treatment finally gap of 10 min some...

We have approached VCare for Skin treatment in Kadapa branch.They have suggested EMI process for the payment of treatment.After paying two months installments as downpayment they are saying that our EMI process request had cancelled, so we have to pay total amount at once.Vcare has to check all the formalities before providing their facilities to the customers.Vcare doesn't did it and not responding for our request to refund our money....

They are billing in huge amount but they are not providing proper medical report. Also medicines what they are giving are not having any medicine informations. Doctors are not having medical council registration number. Simply they are giving hand written prescriptions in white paper without any name or clinic informations.
