I went for check up, doctor was very polite I'm got better confidence to go for treatment but when they told me to got for payment explanation I went to that manager room in number 3, while starting only he was rude, talking about my hair loss, he was asking what the hell your doing till this time why you don't notice this like that he asked, but still he is talking rude and discussing about payment explanation he was not ready explain this will cost how you should take or you can leave now he said, I told I will be coming next week so that we can hold the offer but he said no why that time I need give that offers for you, we will get some others person will be there in next week will give to them why should I give to you he asked, then again I talk to doctor regarding this he will promise that we can do something regarding this will check with him like that, again I went to room number 3 for discussion again he scold that doctor Infront of me and told me to leave, these are extremely rube behaviour if your not ready give confidence to the doctor you should respond to respect still Ur hurting the people it not good, I'm fine with my doctor she extremely polite and good but that manager behaviour is not acceptable, kindly help to resolve this issue my number will be [protected] please contact once you guys taken any action on this complaint thanks

I was joined Vcare Tirupati AUGUST 15th 2021 for hair treatment and i spend more then Rs.40000+ money for my hair treatment.

I taken just one maintenance session after that doctor provide lot of tablets those are creating problem like skin allergy problems while using the tablets also so hair falls 10 times extra too much when I use oil and shampoo and tablets this is not suitable for...

I came vcare Velachery for hair treatment HRT after that they suggested me to go for hair transplant, as per guidance of Velachery branch manager Mr.Adil I paid half the amount of Rs 60000.But due to my previous medical history vcare surgeans denied the process, branch manager reported me that your money will be refunded completely.Its been almost 3 months over there is no money refunded.If I called regarding refund details there was poor response from Velachery Vcare branch not picking call today, during the payment manager called me more than 10 times and urged me to pay money but now I can't able connect him I'm frustrated due to the vcare management.This is how you treat your çustumer..?

I have visited Vcare hair clinic on Dec 4, 2021 and they explained about the problem and suggested the treatment for about 50000 with loan. Due to unexpected and unavoidable financial condition we are not able to proceed in treatment. So therefore cannot afford this much amount and we have reported to cancel it on Dec 5, 2021. Without financial support how can we proceed and it is also unavoidable situation. Please understand the customer situation and cancel the treatment.

I have not taken a single sitting also. Kindly help to cancel and refund

I visited to vcare hair clinic at Tirunelveli on 23/07/21 and accepted to take treatment for 45000/- package, 2065/- for hair test and 1070/- for shampoo. Totally paid 48, 135/- on that same day. On 26/07/21, my father was hospitalised. During that situation i was financially unbalanced and applied for hair treatment cancellation on 26th itself. Also, I requested to the manager Mr. Sasi sir to refund the amount...

On October 9 I visited Vcare clinic for my hair loss problem after seeing my condition they suggested to go with hair transplantation surgery for which I was ready and they explained the package details and I applied for EMI after approval of EMI I paid full amount on October 11 until then they were in touch with me and calling again and again for payment after payment they didn’t even call me once for further procedure while they were explaining about the surgery procedure they didn’t tell me anywhere that it will take 30 days to book slot for my surgery I was told that after payment they will block from October 25th to following one week but when I called them at October 27 to book surgery appointment slot but they are telling that no slots are available till December

Since They said my surgery Doctor is not coming to Madurai. I have spend Rs. 1, 35000 and also spent before treatment lab test around 5000. Even though they are asking to buy inva kit Rs. 6200 every month .

Madurai manager Hema said false commitment, if I pay 135000/- all inclusive of medicine treatment everything. But later they are nurturing money for lab test and kit, medicine etc. Waste my money. Service is very poor. I call for this all time, but response very poor. Low Hair density and transplant hairs very less quantity by them.

Give me a proper solution or repay my paid amount.

My name is chitra rajendran, I am getting hair treatment from 8 months. On Wednesday[protected] I had been to vcare clinic which is in indiranagar branch bangalore was advised purchase inva care kit and asked to pay 6450 since the kit was not available in the branch they said the kit will be delivered to my address by evening itself and I have told them once the kit is available I come and buy that time but the people insisted me to pay that time only due to your emp sales pressure I was asked to pay 6450 It's been 4 days I hve not received the kit . So I want the order to be cancelled and need a refund to my account ASAP and there no any update from the branch after collecting the money from me I have calling them every day and asking for the status there no proper response I have never seen like this worst service from u people there no proper intimation from ur side and same have been contacted ur customer service people more the 5 times they don't have any idea abt that they have redirected to Mr. Shanmugaraj

After paying 800 for consultation and 2.5k for lab test they asking for 40k to pay and continue. I regret and stopped there. Now they payment for lab test results they've and sending to me. When i call them there is no response from them. Frequently blocking my numbers. And how can i get my report? Or please keep the report with you itself and refund my money. Otherwise i need to file a complaint.

Hi I have visited VCARE As I had extreme hair loss they said i have to pay 800 rs for scalp test and doctor would give some hair treatment. Which is ridiculous the scalp test is not worth nothing they said my hair cant grow bt still i Need to pay 40k rupees . I am really disappointed please return my money

They didn’t follow the WHO (world health organizations) guidelines during my phlebotomy treatment. And they took my blood without qualified staff. They didn’t given single PRP on time. They always looking money and interest me to buy more vcare products, and push to take skin treatment during sittings. They not follow the treatment procedure and safety guidelines They didn’t given my diet chart and hair density report till to date Above mentioned those reasons I have more depression and stress, sleepless problems Kindly give me my full hair treatment reports for refund money processing.
Still now there is no action against my complaint.

Hi...I visited VCARE KORAMANGALA brand in the month of march 2021 for the treatment of acne scars and doctor sangeetha and vineetha suggested yellow peel for my problem and suggested to go for 6 seetings and charged me approx 23000/- and after the payment problem started from day one of treatment no proper response for treatment appointment no one answered my calls and took appointment lost my money and my peace and struggled to get the appointment...

I cant able to take treatment after 2 nd session so I want refund of it. I can't able to continue it

This is sushmit.I had cancelled my treatment due to some health issues and asked for the refund. Former manager(Teja) had initiated the refund but the new manager is overacting and seems doing her best to not refund the amount.
Kindly look into this.

I took treatment in Vcare RsPuram. I couldn't continue my treatment due to some reasons. I applied for refund on Jan 2021. They said that ur refund is initiated and u will get it through check. But till now I didn't get any response regarding it. Please help me with my refund. That is my money and it will make lot of changes in my life.
