This is my registered mobile num

I paid the 6sittings amount for
"micro needling" treatment by single payment.
"Sungam brach-v care, Coimbatore "
After Some weeks, I didn't get a call from
V-care. Then i go to enquire about it.
They convenience me its our fault & they told that "Doctors are coming from chennai nly, so from next few couple days we will call you to get the treatment"
Also they try to sell me the day&night care lotion kit of worth 6K. I think at April 2019.
Also they told me like "we will call you for micro needling next month".
They told me that lotion is used after the treatment of micro needling. So im waiting for the 1st sitting.
They never called me. So i try to reach them 2-3times a week, .. i also have my personal work.so i try to call them when i have free time.
Its their work to notify me. But they didnt did that.i tried to reach them so many times but they didnt give me proper responses.
I have also my personal works. So im busy with myself.
They called me just around 3-4times only at the starting time or at the time of my payment for the treatment .
After that, they never called me back.
After a months gone, covid situation started.
Im also in situation to support & run my team & my company.
Between these covid periods, the kit worth of 6K is expired.
Also they never called me to
take sitting ?. I think they forget. Im reach them through call, but they didnt give me any proper responses. They never follow ups any customers.
I complaint it so many times to some regarded persons. last week i met the person santhosh who is manager of that sungam brach- they act like "who r u, we not responsible for this".
Still now im not getting to take any single sitting in that brach and also i asked them about the 6k worth kit is expired bcoz of above reasons that i mentioned here,
but their reply is like "its your fault, why didnt u use the kit?...
The doctors in that time of my payment, told me use this 6K worth kit after u start taking sittings. But "Still now im not take any sittings then how can i use the kit ".
this simply shows that they stole my money or that they never treat customers after payment.
My need is,
1. I want to take 6 sittings.
2. Must replace the expired "day, night care lotion"
& give me a new one.
