I applied refund on month January 2021in vcare RsPuram Branch.They said that my refund is initiated i will get it through check. But no response and action we're taken for past 8months.Now they are saying there is no refund. There r trying to fool us. I need my money back. It's my money and I couldn't take treatment further due to my medical reasons we're I came to know abt it after my first treatment. Please help me regarding this. They r making us hopeless. This Small money will do lot of changes in my life. Pls help me

After Some weeks, I didn't get a call from
V-care. Then i go to enquire about it.

They convenience me its our fault & they told that "Doctors are coming from chennai nly, so from next few couple days we will call you to get the treatment"
Also they try to sell me the day&night care lotion kit of worth 6K. I think at April 2019.
Also they told me like "we will call you for micro needling next month".
They told me that lotion is used after the treatment of micro needling. So im waiting for the 1st sitting.

They never called me. So i try to reach them 2-3times a week, .. i also have my personal work.so i try to call them when i have free time.

Its their work to notify me. But they didnt did that.i tried to reach them so many times but they didnt give me proper responses.

I have also my personal works. So im busy with myself.

They called me just around 3-4times only at the starting time or at the time of my payment for the treatment .

After that, they never called me back.

After a months gone, covid situation started.
Im also in situation to support & run my team & my company.

Between these covid periods, the kit worth of 6K is expired.

Also they never called me to
take sitting ?. I think they forget. Im reach them through call, but they didnt give me any proper responses. They never follow ups any customers.

I complaint it so many times to some regarded persons. last week i met the person santhosh who is manager of that sungam brach- they act like "who r u, we not responsible for this".

Still now im not getting to take any single sitting in that brach and also i asked them about the 6k worth kit is expired bcoz of above reasons that i mentioned here,

but their reply is like "its your fault, why didnt u use the kit?...

The doctors in that time of my payment, told me use this 6K worth kit after u start taking sittings. But "Still now im not take any sittings then how can i use the kit ".

this simply shows that they stole my money or that they never treat customers after payment.

My need is,

1. I want to take 6 sittings.
2. Must replace the expired "day, night care lotion"
& give me a new one.

Taken bio cell treatment at KPHB vcare and as per their 100% promise i have came forward for treatment after 2 sittings there was no development and hair fall increased so much and got several side effects headache, itchy scalp. Reported the same with the clinic people and asked to stop treatment and return the amount i have paid excluding two sittings this happened in AUG 2019 since then i'm not getting any response from them till now....

My name is D J Pradeep Kumar..I'm getting PRP hair treatment at Visakhapatnam..near rama talkies, RTC complex...I'm not at all satisfied with the treatment and the way the doctor treated me...Her name is Dr. Sri Lakshmi, she has taken blood sample of mine, in that process, the vein was enlarged after taking the needle from my hand...Before starting the treatment, she has given anesthesia on my head...even in that process, after giving injection, blood has been came out and forehead was filled with full of blood...treatment is very harsh...it got swelling near my forehead...in the process of treatment, she injected some blood samples of mine for just 8 to 10 time into my head...later she said your sitting was done and completed...she was not injected to all the portions of my head...please consider my grievance and do the needful...

Hi, i have black spots, hyperpigmentation on my face (forehead & chin), contacted vcare and started treatment of yellow peel. It was around 18000/- rupees for 6 sessions. After 6 sessions, i still have same marks and no improvement is seen. Upon checking with them, they suggested to add 6 more sessions.

What the ### service you are doing to the CUSTOMER.

Even I have submitted a written complaint/request on the above subject during May 1st week to the Branch Manager Mr. Kalaiarasan, Porur branch.

Request you 'Not to Play with Poor People's Money'. You will better understand this statement if you could read the letter submitted to your Porur branch. Please investigate.

Would appreciate your immediate response in this regard. Else I will raise the issue to the next level.

I am undergoing hair treated but recently my doctor suggested me to go with skin treatment so I opted for skin treatment. But I'm not satisfied as I haven't received any related information once I paid the amount. I took one sitting but I feel that will spoil my skin more . So I would like to get refund.

They are charging money for treatment and they wnt give proper response for giving treatment or appointments

When I join doctor said after 6 sitting, we will provide extra four maintenance treatment. But if I call now no one is responding properly..

I visited on April 10 and took 1st treatment and got severe can allegry and tried to contact vcare with all the photos and Dr consultant and treatment till now . just no response . such as irresponsible workers in vellore. Till now no solution provided . Every time I call they say manager is in Skype call. I don't what the dumb is doing . if he is not able to respond for one solution for more than 3 months in Skype call. Provide the solution. At least far from treatment your customer service is worst I have ever seen. Let me see how this dumb manager will resolve this issue.

I am Taking Microneedling and serum therapy treatment at Vcare Tirupati.

I have been told that there is no stock of equipment and products - Open pore Serum, Perfect cleanser, Sunscreen lotion products and micro needling equipment itself.

Its been three weeks (from 19th June 2021) I am facing this issue.
Staff is not upto the mark in getting the equipment and products at store. Wondering if my treatment would go smooth.

Please followup and make some progress on the treatment else refund the amount for treatment.

I am taking Microneedling and serum therapy treatments at Vcare Tirupati.

Problem is with the products availability at Tirupati clinic, I have been told that there is no stock 19th June that there is no stock of Open Pore Serum, Perfect cleanser, Toner and MicroNeedle equipment itself.

Staff are giving lame excuses for unavailability of stock. Doctors also not focusing on the equipment availabilities for the treatment.
Hope this issue resolves and I would resume my treatment.

Ordered dandruff medicine (3.5k rs).now its more than 2 month. I didn't get. And product manager not responding call & message

Am Srini I had went to anna nagar prabas v care for hair transplant treatment I had paid 85000 has a cash on August 2020, and they told operation are held in only tnagar before paying they didn't told about any precautions after we went to tnagar they asked to sign lots of documents in that mentioned that they are not responsible for the patient results and not to go work all time need to be in home only and rashes may come that also not...

I went to Vcare for correct moderate acne and pits on my skin. There the doctor Nasreen said I give you 6 sessions chemical peel (3 peels+3 stemcell therapy) for pimples and 6 sessions microneedling for pits. If the acne cures within the 3 sessions we will jump on to microneedling which is for pits. But in advance they were brainwashed and told us to pay that amount for 6 sessions we paid around 35k. She did 2 sessions which made satisfied for me and I've seen improvements on my skin. But from the 3rd session she was not willing to give proper peel. She simply put 3 spot on active acne and went away. Didn't not apply full of the face. But at initial stage she told we will do chemical peel for sebum control and collagen production under the skin which leads to not getting the acne in future too. But now she did nothing for the session which cost is 5000rs for single session. I asked why didn't you tell tat at initial stage itself and I want one more peel instead of that. she said this is the method and sop I can't tell before. So what I coming to know is all you want the money instead of customer satisfaction and care. This is called thefting Here after am not willing to continue. Refund my balance money. Dear sir/madam, this jan 2021 i had gone to consultation in your madurai clinic, they approach me and brainwash me to take the sct and biocell hair growth theraphy, till now i had followed what your persons told, but i havent any improvement, i have lost my hair more and more, lot of pimples came after using your products, i have complaint to your persons lot more time, i havent get good response from them, i thing i have deceived by you,...

This is to bring your kind attention that i have attended on[protected] for hair treatment in V care, Velachery branch for basic hair treatment and my register mobile number ‘’ and Register Name ‘---’. doctor suggested for 3 months treatment kit viz around 17, 569 rupees and my sister treatment amount is around 12, 146 rupees. Total amount for treatment 29, 715. Advance of 4, 835 rupees has been paid as card payment and 1000 as cash. So totally 5, 835 has paid in advance. But unfortunately, I have a personal emergency and I’m out of station not able to continue my treatment, so I want to cancel my treatment .before i start (i not get ant treatment ) As a customer/ Patient, I would be obliged if you look into the matter and arrange my refund money at the earliest. still i am waiting for money around 5000 finally they compel me to purchase her product so i purchased 2000 for hair dei he/she said we process to return remining 3000Rs but still they not given around more than 10 times i go to vcare Velachery branch also last visited in corona lockdown period

I'm gokulraj from tamilnadu chennai, in chrompet vcare clinic client, the manager dhanusha not responding to me, I told before one month cancel my emi process and I'll pay your previous therapy, but manager told no cancellation, now corona situation no job no salary, so I cancelled my therapy, manager not understanding my situation, very worst behaviour... please cancel my therapy and Emi...thank you.
