Dear Vcare Team,

This is the 5th time I am addressing this issue, but am not getting any reply from your side.

What the ### service you are doing to the CUSTOMER.

Even I have submitted a written complaint/request on the above subject during May 1st week to the Branch Manager Mr. Kalaiarasan, Porur branch.

Request you 'Not to Play with Poor People's Money'. You will better understand this statement if you could read the letter submitted to your Porur branch. Please investigate.

Would appreciate your immediate response in this regard. Else I will raise the issue to the next level.

    I am undergoing hair treated but recently my doctor suggested me to go with skin treatment so I opted for skin treatment. But I'm not satisfied as I haven't received any related information once I paid the amount. I took one sitting but I feel that will spoil my skin more . So I would like to get refund.

          I visited on April 10 and took 1st treatment and got severe can allegry and tried to contact vcare with all the photos and Dr consultant and treatment till now . just no response . such as irresponsible workers in vellore. Till now no solution provided . Every time I call they say manager is in Skype call. I don't what the dumb is doing . if he is not able to respond for one solution for more than 3 months in Skype call. Provide the solution. At least far from treatment your customer service is worst I have ever seen. Let me see how this dumb manager will resolve this issue.

            I am Taking Microneedling and serum therapy treatment at Vcare Tirupati.

            I have been told that there is no stock of equipment and products - Open pore Serum, Perfect cleanser, Sunscreen lotion products and micro needling equipment itself.

            Its been three weeks (from 19th June 2021) I am facing this issue.
            Staff is not upto the mark in getting the equipment and products at store. Wondering if my treatment would go smooth.

            Please followup and make some progress on the treatment else refund the amount for treatment.

              I am taking Microneedling and serum therapy treatments at Vcare Tirupati.

              Problem is with the products availability at Tirupati clinic, I have been told that there is no stock 19th June that there is no stock of Open Pore Serum, Perfect cleanser, Toner and MicroNeedle equipment itself.

              Staff are giving lame excuses for unavailability of stock. Doctors also not focusing on the equipment availabilities for the treatment.
              Hope this issue resolves and I would resume my treatment.

                  I went to Vcare for correct moderate acne and pits on my skin. There the doctor Nasreen said I give you 6 sessions chemical peel (3 peels+3 stemcell therapy) for pimples and 6 sessions microneedling for pits. If the acne cures within the 3 sessions we will jump on to microneedling which is for pits. But in advance they were brainwashed and told us to pay that amount for 6 sessions we paid around 35k. She did 2 sessions which made satisfied for me and I've seen improvements on my skin. But from the 3rd session she was not willing to give proper peel. She simply put 3 spot on active acne and went away. Didn't not apply full of the face. But at initial stage she told we will do chemical peel for sebum control and collagen production under the skin which leads to not getting the acne in future too. But now she did nothing for the session which cost is 5000rs for single session. I asked why didn't you tell tat at initial stage itself and I want one more peel instead of that. she said this is the method and sop I can't tell before. So what I coming to know is all you want the money instead of customer satisfaction and care. This is called thefting Here after am not willing to continue. Refund my balance money. Or else I have all the record of their talks and post it in YouTube and media for the awareness of poor and middle class people. My ID : VPOR21030014

                    This is to bring your kind attention that i have attended on[protected] for hair treatment in V care, Velachery branch for basic hair treatment and my register mobile number ‘’ and Register Name ‘---’. doctor suggested for 3 months treatment kit viz around 17, 569 rupees and my sister treatment amount is around 12, 146 rupees. Total amount for treatment 29, 715. Advance of 4, 835 rupees has been paid as card payment and 1000 as cash. So totally 5, 835 has paid in advance. But unfortunately, I have a personal emergency and I’m out of station not able to continue my treatment, so I want to cancel my treatment .before i start (i not get ant treatment ) As a customer/ Patient, I would be obliged if you look into the matter and arrange my refund money at the earliest. still i am waiting for money around 5000 finally they compel me to purchase her product so i purchased 2000 for hair dei he/she said we process to return remining 3000Rs but still they not given around more than 10 times i go to vcare Velachery branch also last visited in corona lockdown period

                            I purchased Vcare products a month ago.. But after using this product over a month i dont see any improvement in hair growth rather its getting worst. I tried reaching out customer care escalating my issue but there was no response from customer care, i couldnt get in touch with any doctor to explain about my problem. Customer care is worst to the core.. they are approachable only till we make the payment and till purchasing the product after that there is no way to reach doctor or customer care to escalate about this... horrible to the core

                              Yeaterday i visited vcare many time and i and my sister shoped up to 80, 000 till now
                              Yeaterday evening i went to vacre centre in hyderabad dilshuknagar branch
                              we asked a face product they shown me a product told me that ita was cost of 3000rs
                              Later after completion of debit card paymwnt they paid 6000rs with ny card
                              He withdrawn a amout extra 3000rs from my debit card
                              If i asked the receptionist behavious was changed and used dirty word with rude language with me and my cousin
                              He harrassed me for 1 hour i cried a lot
                              This is the nonsense was happening in dilshuknagar vacre branch
                              In that vacre branch why the male candidate is wrking how they are behvaing this customers
                              So please take action on him please remove from hus job otherwise girls can give a paolice cimplainton him
                              On again ama saying dilshuknagar vcare branch hyderabad
                              Please take a action on him his behaviour and his way of seeing way of language is very bad

                                My family members visited vcare many time and they shoped up to 80, 000 till now
                                Yesterday my family members went to vacre centre in hyderabad dilshuknagar branch
                                we asked a face product they shown me a product told me that ita was cos of 3000rs
                                Later after completion of debit card paymwnt they paid 6000rs with ny card
                                If they asked the receptionist behavious was changed and used dirty word with ride language with a women
                                This is the ninaense was happening in delahuknagar vacre branch
                                In thag vacre branch why a mal candidate is wrking how they are behvaing this customers
                                So please take action on him please remove from hus job otherwise girls can give a paolice cimplainton him
                                On again ama saying dilshuknagar vcare branch hyderabad
                                Please take a action on him
                                To continue to visit the vcase again
