Hi i have done hrt treatment for hair . Before starting the treatment they said you will not get hairfall hereafter and your will grow . But i have done 6 sittings but my hair lost soo much comparing to when i came . after using all your products my hair got lost . I have done treatment even for skin still no improvement . totally i spent 50000 for my hair and skin still no use. i want my money to be refunded.

Myself Yusuf, I am getting treatment Vcare Velachery for more than 4 years. The main problem here is frequently changing doctors and managers without proper handover. Because of this many miscommunication happened in my case. I got bio-cell treatment here by paying 50000. I took 5 sittings and during last sitting I consult my doc Thamarai, she suggests me to hold this last sitting and take PRP after that take this sitting. I said I will discuss with my family and will come next week. Then I went there next week to take PRP, but that doc is resigned and they assign Doc Nithya. I explained to her what happened past treatments, she suggests me to take HT and she said you will get one free PRP for that you have to pay 85000. This discussion happened in front of Branch manager Daud. They both brain washed me and insisted to pay advance amount 2000 and i paid. And next week (2020 sep first week) doctor Saranya called me for remain 83000, and she said doc Nithya is on long leave and she only arranged the loan and finish the payment process within an hour. But HT procedure starts one and half month after. There is no issues in HT procedure and doctor name is Abirami or Abinaya, not sure the name. She is very kind. And every month I went t-nagar for monthly review. But after 3 month of HT, I called Velachery branch for PRP, they simply said in billing there is no PRP detail so we can't do PRP. I visited that branch, but branch manger also changed and doc also changed. Now again I explained everything from beginning, now the branch manager is Joshua, he said he will make it resolve and your PRP will be done within in a week and he handed over to upcoming manager Muthu as he is moving to other branch. But now it's been 2 months. I called the branch, again the manager is changed to some other guy. Now again the explanation starts from beginning. But he is telling the same billing is not done for PRP, so we can't do anything. This is not good. And they are not responding also. Whenever I called, they simply saying we will call u back in few mins or tmrw. But thet won't.

This is my experience I faced, don't believe them orally, get written statement from them if they gauraneed anything. Because no one respect their commitment.

I am your customers in velachery Vcare branch for hair. First I took initial treatment in your branch and it was completed in 2020 jan. You gave an offer on Feb to customer that to providing 8 instead of 6 . So again I took advanced treatment. On mar 2020 my second sitting was completed. Due to corona we came to our home town near coimbatore. Until Feb of 2021 I don't visit any of your clinic but your staff called me to continue the treatment but am not. On that time only I came to know that my offer for 8 sitting was reduced as 6. Iam shocked. From January 2021onwards I called your person in Chennai velachery branch but one respond me properly. It is not possible to go to the same branch so to continue the treatment and to solve the issue I went to Coimbatore which is near to my town on Feb 2021. But there they said solve it in the Chennai branch itself. It is so disgusting to me to check your system while register my tretement details. You never give any proof document for the sittings and payments details. Even though we trust you. But now I'm the suffered person. I was so disappointed to your response.

Vcare it is totally waste of money because I have already been to here, I have paid almost 50000 loan to my hair growth and all other problems of hair but I haven't seen any improvement.as rao nagar Vcare staff waste candidates back side doing something Dr.Sundari is unqualified doctor money mind asking the personal money

I am taking follitreat treatment.
But the dandruff and hairfall is more than before getting treatment in vCare.
Its becoming worse now.
I paid so much money for this treatment but in return no good resulta are seen.
I need justification for this.

I have undergone hair treatment in 2019 near porur. It wasn't proper, I had more hair fall n sign forgery. I called the corporate people of Vcare. They told surely v will refund, for the past one and half yrs they are saying the same thing. Surely we will refund. But they are not responding properly. Why they are playing with customers money. They told we give refund the money by cheque. U can get from nearby office, they will call u. I told...

I am an old customer of V Care, Vellore
Everytime I get my appointments beforehand but I am made to wait for minimum 1 hour . If I had to wait for long hours then what is the need of getting an appointment.

They get the payments in advance and treat the customers as a nuisance.

Wosrt behavior

I have made payment of INR 42.000/- based on zero percent interest commitment given by your team at velacherry branch on 26/12/2020.
But, I have been charged with an interest of INR 2487/- for which bank has confirmed that the interest amount is not transferred by the merchant (i.e Prahha's V-Care) and hence charged on my account.

Request a clarification and do the needful for immediate transfer of interest amount as per the commitment given by your team management.

I joined for PRP Treatment in the month of June 2020 at VCare Indiranagar. Actually I had severe Hair Fall and I went there and they suggested me to go for PRP and I joined for the same for 60, 000/-

At the time of joining itself I informed the clinic Dr. MANISHA that I had Hyperthyroidism and they said that would not be a problem at all also I showed them my prescription and everything. They brain washed me and made me join and after my next checkup in Endocrinology Doctor my Doctor I should not be taking any PRP treatment itself. I didn't even take a single PRP and went to the clinic directly and spoke to the Area Sales Manager in the month of December and he said I will get a refund.. Still now I am following up they are simply giving false reasons..

There is useless Lady as Manager RENITA MARY she is so stubborn and mad lady that she thinks clients are fools. She everytime tells me that Senior Doctor has met with an accident. For entire VCARE there is only 1 senior Doctor is it??

Now I am thinking to move legally and make this a big issue so that other clients will be aware of it

I have went to vcare for stemcell therapy. They made me pay 53100 before the treatment. I was not staisfied with the service and wanted to discontinue after the first sitting. I asked them to deduct the cost for first sitting and refund the rest. But they are saying they wont and i need to atend all sitting. In there t&c they also have if customer is not satisfied they will refund the money. But i am asking to deduct the money for the first sitting and refund the rest. And they are not even doing that. I am Dr.Ramasamy from Coimbatore. My son Mr. Pranuv is taking treatment for hair fall problem from Trichy road branch, Coimbatore. When we went there on 1/2/21 for second sitting they asked us to buy an instrument for Rs42000/ for which I made the payment immediately. After getting the payment they said the machine was not available readily and they promised that the same will be delivered in two days. One week has passed now. Whenever I contact them over the phone they say that it will come in one day and they will contact me but nothing of that sort happened. This attitude makes us highly upset and unsatisfied. Kindly look into the matter and take remedial measures.
