I am taking follitreat treatment.
This treatment is not working as my hairloss and dandruff is more than before started taking treatment in vCare.
I spent lot of money till now just to make my hair worse.
I need justification for this.
Please come up with some remedy as you guys are not doing anything free for me.

    Refund of money

    I have undergone hair treatment in 2019 near porur. It wasn't proper, I had more hair fall n sign forgery. I called the corporate people of Vcare. They told surely v will refund, for the past one and half yrs they are saying the same thing. Surely we will refund. But they are not responding properly. Why they are playing with customers money. They told we give refund the money by cheque. U can get from nearby office, they will call u. I told...

    I am an old customer of V Care, Vellore
    Everytime I get my appointments beforehand but I am made to wait for minimum 1 hour . If I had to wait for long hours then what is the need of getting an appointment.

    They get the payments in advance and treat the customers as a nuisance.

      I have made payment of INR 42.000/- based on zero percent interest commitment given by your team at velacherry branch on 26/12/2020.
      But, I have been charged with an interest of INR 2487/- for which bank has confirmed that the interest amount is not transferred by the merchant (i.e Prahha's V-Care) and hence charged on my account.

      Request a clarification and do the needful for immediate transfer of interest amount as per the commitment given by your team management.

        Hello Team,

        I joined for PRP Treatment in the month of June 2020 at VCare Indiranagar. Actually I had severe Hair Fall and I went there and they suggested me to go for PRP and I joined for the same for 60, 000/-

        At the time of joining itself I informed the clinic Dr. MANISHA that I had Hyperthyroidism and they said that would not be a problem at all also I showed them my prescription and everything. They brain washed me and made me join and after my next checkup in Endocrinology Doctor my Doctor I should not be taking any PRP treatment itself. I didn't even take a single PRP and went to the clinic directly and spoke to the Area Sales Manager in the month of December and he said I will get a refund.. Still now I am following up they are simply giving false reasons..

        There is useless Lady as Manager RENITA MARY she is so stubborn and mad lady that she thinks clients are fools. She everytime tells me that Senior Doctor has met with an accident. For entire VCARE there is only 1 senior Doctor is it??

        Now I am thinking to move legally and make this a big issue so that other clients will be aware of it

              I have went to vcare for stemcell therapy. They made me pay 53100 before the treatment. I was not staisfied with the service and wanted to discontinue after the first sitting. I asked them to deduct the cost for first sitting and refund the rest. But they are saying they wont and i need to atend all sitting. In there t&c they also have if customer is not satisfied they will refund the money. But i am asking to deduct the money for the first sitting and refund the rest. And they are not even doing that. They dont even have any customer care or anyone to reach. Vcare kukatpally- my id is KUK21020041.

              They are saying they can't refund. I am really confused. First they wont wear masks and the treatment are not done by professionals. Vcare Kukatpally is saying to file a complaint against the management since they tried but the management is not responding. So is Vcare really this bad. I m thinking of going legally if they dont give any resolution.

                        Good morning.
                        I am Dr.Ramasamy from Coimbatore. My son Mr. Pranuv is taking treatment for hair fall problem from Trichy road branch, Coimbatore. When we went there on 1/2/21 for second sitting they asked us to buy an instrument for Rs42000/ for which I made the payment immediately. After getting the payment they said the machine was not available readily and they promised that the same will be delivered in two days. One week has passed now. Whenever I contact them over the phone they say that it will come in one day and they will contact me but nothing of that sort happened. This attitude makes us highly upset and unsatisfied. Kindly look into the matter and take remedial measures.

                            Hi, actually I have paid amount for laser and micro needing treatment, as a complimentary branch manger offered me 3 sessions of laser for free of cost in previous year. Last Sunday I have visited Vcare branch to avail those sessions but branch manager got changed and she is telling me that is not possible at this time. We can’t provide you the sessions as complimentary... I have spoke to the staff regarding this because they know this.. but she is not at all considering them... I told her to speak with previous branch manger to confirm but she is not at all listening to me and giving me such a rude response.

                            Vcare staff contacted me, I had a talk with RM. She told me to resolve this issue within 15days, but unfortunately she left the organisation and till now I didn’t get any response, it’s almost a month.

                              I have visited clinic for skin treatment and done payment of Rs.14, 440 after the payment they haven't started the treatment till now i have visited the clinic twice they are telling unacceptable reasons like stock not available but when i booking an appointment they are saying u can come when I reach the clinic they are saying stock not available CBE rspuram branch worst clinic . I dont want to start my treatment better refund the amount

                                I wish to complaint about Prabas VCare hair clinic regarding refund. I paid Rs.100000(Rs.20000 as down payment and Rs.80000 under Bajaj Finserv Limited ) on January 5th 2021 for cosmetic hair replacement treatment, (ID - MDU[protected]. Later i came to know that, this treatment is not good for my health, so that i contacted to prabas VCare hair clinic madurai branch and informed that i would like to cancle the treatment, make refund and cancle the loan under Bajaj finance loan on 8th January. But still today I didn't get any proper response, kindly take immediate action and make refund very soon.

                                    Have made payment for PRP treatment before 15days but till today no appointment fixed. No response from the doctor, staff. Whenever contacted they seem to be on leave. Should customer wait for 1 particular person to come back from leave. What will happen if that person resigns the job? Vcare will close down the business??

                                      On the 1st day of my visit, Dr.Vyas said they can give external treatment (on my own) however convinced me to take clinical treatment with them...looking at the price (Rupees 25000/-), i was preferring to take inhouse care but somewhat convinced by the explanation given by Dr.Vyas - He is good and explained things well

                                      He said to pay 50% of the total treatment bill which is Rs.25000/- ...i declined that immediately but he then said to provide 10 maintenance session inclusive of same cost...i was convinced and taken the 1st session ...

                                      Now, when i have been to their Koramangala center for the 2nd sitting, a guy differently abled denied my treatment without paying complete payment...i got quite disappointed, spoke to their area manager, customer cell, spoke to Mr.Sheriff (he is not picking up my number now)...told them to refund the balance payment (25000/6 sittings), having completed 1 session, and i said i dont need rest of the sessions...after explaining it clearly with my conversation with doctor, they have given 2nd sitting

                                      This is really robbing someone's money...and collecting in advance without providing services - this is quite dangerous with their arrogant staffs in the reception area, especially that differently abled guy is not a fitment to face any customer, i am quite upset with such an expensive treatment and having low IQ staffing, charging 5 star rates but doesnt have qualified staff to attend and hear the customer voice

                                      I am raising a dispute to return the payment, would never wanted to go for vcare anytine in future

                                      My entire disappointment was "denial of service" after having 50% of the fee - it was very unfair to say "we cannot provide treatment"
