Hi My name is Arun and I had approached Prabas Vcare Health Clinic Pvt LTD's in T.nagar Office at "2nd Floor Door No.5 & 6 Prakasam Road T.nagar Chennai -17" for removal of Tattoo in one of my hands on 22nd February 2020.

I was charged a consultation fee of Rs. 250 by Ms. Carolin Jothi who had informed me that the total cost of removing the Tattoo will be about Rs. 24000 and there will be six sittings out...

I came your vcare for just tan removal on my face. They did something session on my face, before session I asked for doctor nitisha any side effects, but she said no side effects you will get 100 percent results... I hve with proof also... After few days again they did one more session my face became a over white... Later on my face lite lite pimples are coming out.. I approached Dr she said bcz of your body heat might be pimples are coming out... Again few days later pimples are growing big size... Again I approached but she said same story... After that my face was completely became a infection type... I approched branch manager, doctors they are not responding anything... After few days later Dr pratyusha said because you have too much of dandruff on your head that's y the pimples are coming out, I want know one point hear without chckng dandruff and all how your vcare doctors(nitisha) started treatment on my face before happened this situation...Dr pratyusha has suggested me to take again some sessions on hair now... I have taken all essentials for hair now... I hve used everything but again prblm was solving.. I hve waited 2 months, I raised a complaint to headoffice Dr preethi has called me I said I will give you some sessions on your face it will get normal face again.. And but she said u will take 3 months products I said ok... The sessions are going 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (five)sesions are did but I did not get zero percent results on my face... This is the treatments you are doing for clients just you are cheting for people and taking money... On sep I wnt to branch and said Ifor branch manger I want to stop my treatment no need to continue...he said ok you will write and give a letter for we discontinuing further sessions...he said you will refund in one month...i hve waited and I went after one month again he saying you will get your refund within 45 day... But now he is saying it's under process... This is issue gng on vcare branches just you are foolishing clients... I need my refund amount If not get money.. I will give a complaint in consumer court with all documentproofs...

I had a treatment at your place in Madurai for pigmentation was advised for cosmelan treatment. Treatment was done and i was given cosmelan 1 and home care kit of cosmelan 2 I had peeling for 5 to 6 days then it stopped literally and peeling should have happened for 10 - 16 days as promised. i asked doctor they stated to apply more of cosmelan 2 Applied a pinch more and also informed many times peeling stopped and it didn’t happen but they...

I have Hair fall problem and Approached to Vcare RSpuram Initially they explained about their various treatments after the master hair check-up I decided to go with the HRT cost 14, 000, I have paid 2500 as an advance and paid the first payment 5830 and undergone the first sitting. when I am going for second sitting they are said that you have paid for the maintenance and provided the maintenance treatment in 3rd sitting I have given them an written complaint but no use, during my 4th sitting I have enquired the cost for the maintenance sitting billed for me they told as 5600 something Till now from October I am asking for a refund but no use. The management answer is very lethargic. I have provided them all statements thrice.

I have been undergoing PRP and Biocell treatment from Vcare Chennai (ambattur). They have charged me around 1lakh as of now and it's been a year since I have been in to this. The results have been zero and the baldness has been increased rather being decreased.. apart from the treatment cost, I have been spending around 50000 for medicine alone. It's of complete waste.

I need a strong answer to this and a remedy for my loss.

I have recently enrolled in a hair treatment at Salem branch vcare clinic. Got the discounted price for the combined package of PRP(5 sessions) and CHRT(8 sessions) treatment and I have made my payment for rs.70000 plus I have bought Vcare products for 3320rs.
Since I'm working in Bangalore and my hometown is Salem they told me that I could enroll anywhere and take the treatment from wherever I want. It was all good till the 1st HRT sitting. The person who did my sitting was very good.
So they mentioned that from next sitting onwards, they themselves will call and fix the appointments after 15 days. If not, all I have to do is to call the clinic a day prior and book an appointment wherever I want. 24th Oct 2020 i took my 1st sitting, now it's been almost a month.
I never got a single call from vcare once the payment was done.

I have been calling the branch since the last one week to fix an appointment for the 1st PRP session. The first person said that, due to the festive season, none is around. I called after diwali and nobody answered my call. Then I called the front desk for an update. He explained how PRP sessions are done at the vcare branch, that they will only call the dermatologist when the count reaches 30 people and still there aren't enough people so I will have to wait for my turn.
Why should I wait for 30 people? This is ridiculous.

Anyway I called the manager and explained the situation (the one who called me 20 times for my payment), he said that he is no longer part of vcare anymore, he just left the job. Again i called back to the unanswered person they informed that dermatologists were too busy due to festival season so they could not fix the appointment. But now they are back so will fix the appointment and call me back. Here again it's been four days since diwali I'm waiting for the call.

If I have to struggle so much for my second sitting then I couldn't imagine for the rest of the treatment sessions. Hence

Dear Vcare team, I have my own problems to deal with, I am deeply unsatisfied with your customer support and services. So it would be really great if you could consider this as my biggest request and repay my payment after deducting the 1sitting charges.

I have went to Anna Nagar vcare through TV Advertisement for checking hair transplant details. They told to pay 1.21 lakhs for hair transplant. After confirming date on September 1st week I have paid my amount. Jury was the lady in Anna Nagar vcare who co-ordinate with me. After I have paid my amount branch manager Mohammed basith informed like there is no date available this month only October you can take. In. October month I have given 6 dates but they told no date available for that also and provided October end Tuesday. I have informed Tuesday I am not willing to take give any other day. Mohammed basith again you have wait for another month. They have wasted my two months time. My marriage has been fixed now and asking for refund. Anna Nagar branch manager informed like we will not provide refund. I have told I will raise complaint he spoke rudely wherever you complaint it will come to me only. We will not provide any refund. I have raised complaint through head office and got regional manager number and still following her from one month for refund. She informed like I have spoke to operation s team they will contact you. I did not receive any call from them. Again I have reached her and following fro one month. She told Diwali leave and all. I don't know when I will receive my amount.
Vcare is total fraud. Still paying amount they will speak nicely after that there way of response was not good and speaking rudely as well. I have all there call recording s of Anna Nagar branch manager and Regional Manager if anybody responding to this complaint I can forward to them. Please someone respond to get my amount back

Hai sir past one and half years, I continued the treatment in vcare hair clinic at TRICHY branch, PRP and medicine More and more, no use simply waste, I pay the bill near by Rs 1, 20, 000/-, prp 4 sitting completed, I told the doctor, MAM, no improvement in my hair growth, doctor said sir your treatment is completed, further treatment continue, you pay the money first, I say mam, past treatment, I am not gain a result, doctor and staff members told improper and irresponsible answer, I feel very discredit able, shameless. I joined as a customer in salem branch Vcare Hair Clinic in the Mar-2020, Customer id: SLM20030171, because of my job transfer I can't start the treatment from the beginning. I paid some amount while I joined. Many time I approached the branch about this (amount return back), but I couldn't get proper response from the branch (even they didn't pick the phone calls).Kindly make the process of amount return back and do the needful to me.

I have contacted V care through wtsapp.I had a call from v care .They said now you could see vcare in tirunelveli. Fare for master checkup was at discount rate .I had met the vcare at tirunelveli they said master checkup rate is 575.I paid it.After master checkup one clinical agent told me about Fare details of treatment.I had opted rs7700 for dandruff problem.they said if you paid today you will get 15%discount.so I paid rs6545.i thought amount of treatment was over .So I have to come and get treatment.but after one sitting they gave me 3products costed rs 1080.i felt I was cheated..then I consoled myself it was over.But after 2nd sitting they gave product costed 3500 of anti dandruff serum..I got irritated and felt cheated again that I just paid 6545 on the day I had visited VCARE for getting 15%discount..but just 2sitting they sold costed 3500+1080 ..it is the worst incident I had . you(VCARE) gave a false Fare and discount to customer and cheated ..There is no transparency in your service.amount for treatment is 6500 .I lost 5000 just for your products.you have to clearly given the full fare details about treatment .clinical agent only addressing the fare details..WHY YOU didn't noticed the fare details

I have already been to here, I have paid almost 40, 000 to my hair growth and all other problems of hair but I haven't seen any improvement it is totally fake.

I have paid money in Oct 2 2020 where as it was said to be paid Rs 1.25 Lacks, During Payment it was said the Operation will be held in 1 month, but they are now saying after am asking for update it will be after Diwali. where as they said there is no Doctor. Again i said i am ready to go to any other V care center where as they are not fine with it also. Then they asked me to talk to their higher official who is the Worst Human, who never replied after several Follow ups. now am asking for refund no one is even replying or Picking up the Phone.

Hi this is maria rajesh i am already complaint about prp treatment not given result .after discussion with clinic they said this far prp can give result and not every person get result from prp treatment this is your unfortunate plz consider cpr treatment.but but i am told not intrested cpr so they give 5 sitting mesotherapy but mesotherapy also not satisfied me they only focing on how to sell product to customer and eagerly how to add more customer to fake offer so i am very disappointed from v care so i am going share my story to my fb, instagram, youtube and whats app and also i am going to ask my frides plz share to others to prevent from v care

The manager of Hanmakonda branch assured that money will be re funded within two months in Nov2019. Now it's already one year. Please tell me how I need to proceed with this. Branch manager not responding.Saying it's delay from Chennai branch I don't what you people are...
