We have taken 4 session o[censored]ltra whitening treatment on last month, we didnt have result, and no one responding in a proper way, we requesting for a refund amount 28000/-, as we paid

Hi This is Mohamed Imithias I just applied loan to take hair treatment from your clinic. But unfortunately I met with an accident during my first sitting. After that I've not attended single sitting due to my health condition. Since September 2019 till I started claiming for loan cancelation. I contacted Mr.Deepak, Mr.Bala.Mr.lingeshwaran finally Mr.shanmugaraj but they are also haven't any provided any solution so far . I really disappointed regarding your customer service.

I approached it in right way . This is the way you treat your customers . Without approval how could I able to cancel the loan. Finally my loan also got over and I've shared Noc to Mr.Lingesh, so I request you to process my refund on priority

I got hair transplant in vcare, coimbatore. But i got no result of the treatment for the cost of 1.5 lakh.

Rajeshwari is the person who attend me and he give treatment to me by other lady surgeon.

After treatment i have visited vcare every month, but she keep on wants me to spend money and make her target achieve thats it... i become fool on spending everytime...

Pls help in this regard

Hi I am A. Pravi, porur client, I have already complaint on jan 2020, regarding forgery of sign and hrt treatment. That corporate lady told, we accept the fault, I will check it, you will be refunded with 12, 000 in cheque as soon as possible. My company will call u in February, you can go and collect the cheque nearby. Still the case is not resolved. I don't know whether the cheque will be cleared or not if they give, I am worried.They are telling to wait. Corona they are telling as reason. But March only lockdown started, but they told, they will refund the amount by feb. Now the salon is open, still they are processing the payment. What's happening, are they playing with clients?

Three months back i received call from, coimbatore, sungam branch vcare clinic dr. Rajalakshmi.

After discussion with her i visited vcare clinic she's recommended prp treatment for my hair fall,

As per vcare package
(Prp - 4 sittings + mesotherapy - 6 sittings) total rs - 36000/-
I paid rs 24000/- on two dues (1st due rs 19500/- paid on (20/6/20 second due rs 6000/- on 9/7/20) & also i bought the excluded package medicine for rs 2000/-

Till now around 3 months got over. But no one treatment had started i called many times to dr. Rajalakshmi she's continuously postponed the treatment date.

Then 20 days back dr. Rajalakshmi called and told me, your prp treatment is ready but dermatologist is not available so i recommend bds dentist doctor...

After saying this im totally afraid & disappointed regarding vcare treatment...

I don't know how can dentist give skin treatment???
No one vcare authorized dermatologist's available in coimbatore city???

After 10 days vcare coimbatore organizer called & i told all regarding this same,
He's apologized & promised before september 1st week will arrange proper dermatologist doctor,

But till he's not arranging then,

I complained vcare sungam branch, coimbatore incharge, vcare customer care & vcare feedback team, vcare mail, also but no use.

Right now am not interested & having fear to start my hair treatment in vcare so return my rs 24000/- as soon as possible.

It has been 4 months since I have joined vcare for treatment but I did not notice even one percent improvement. My hair condition became even more worse after joining in vcare. I have spent nearly 50000 but it's a mere waste.

I went to trichy, thillai nagar v care for dandruff treatment, i was paid 12000 for treatment and 5000 for oin and shampoo .and consulting fee rs.800
This is my 9th sitting. Still i cant see any improvement
I got more dandruff after this treatment.
Now v care clinic doctor said pay 5000 and buy other products. Again and again they try to steal our money, but problem not solved
They couldn't solve my problem
This is full of waste time and money
I need my money back, becouse i don't know why i was paid, and please tell to them dont allow the boy to girls thereby room its very uncomfortable. Very poor treatment

Very upset and poor treatment, infact i got more dandruff after this treatment, and the doctor said pay again 5000 and buy other products. This is not fair

I went to Vcare clinic madurai for hair treatment. They gave me kits with meagre details on what to do and how to use them. They took samples of my jhair to test and they told me they'd intimate the results within 30 days. Its been 3 months and I've been calling them to ask for the results and my calls are either unanswered or not answered properly.

Hai I am taking prp treatment on Porur v care clinic but I don't get results as they give promise

I have taken 4 sessions of biocell treatment in vcare.. Still i did not get any result.. So they suggested another new product for hairloss.. But it's taking so long to come.. They say product is not coming from chennai.. Is that true? Please be responsible and satisfy the client's needs.. Hope u reply soon with a solution for this..

I'm senthil and i have been undergone the treatment for my male 'o 'pattern. My id is
Try20020057. Initilally they suggested chrt treatment of 6 sittings and growth oil, tablets, serum, roller etc. I have completed all the 6 sittings and medications. But stil no improvement on my male pattern. Sofar i have spent 50000 rs. I never expected this much of amount. But still no result. Still no hope on this treatment.

I visited vcare clinic at t. Nagar branch for skin whitening and i applying the bajaj loan process for treatment. 3 months i've paid emi including down payment. Totally i've spend 35, 000. But my skintone turns worst than my previous stage during the lockdown time. So am not satisfying in your treatment. So i request you to refund my money as soon as possible

Not worth it. They change policies very often and don't care what the clinet is going through. My therapist was genuine and she did what she was asked to be done. I was religious goinf for rollers every alternative day and suddenly they said no more roller treatment and have to pay 700rs per roller.

Yesterday was my last prp session which costs 18k per session. The doctor who did my prp booked a cab before she started my session and was in hurry to followup with the driver and so she finished thr treatment in 10 to 12mins on the whole. The therapist who is supposed to assist her during the treatment was followingup wtih the cab driver to reach the location. Think of my situation, after paying 18k, the doctor and the therapist cared dam about the patient and just did it for name sake. Horrible experience. Im paying all my bills on emi only. Once i spoke to the gm for roller and this person speaks very rudely. The brand is still in the market, because the people come asthey face are a lot of insults in the society and they need the help from you and trust you by paying all the money, but the brand just takes money. Waste of money.

I visited to vcare hospital at chennai velachery branch on 15th june and opted for a treatment.
Vcare manager said that they are combined with bajaj finserv and they can give me treatment based on the loan.
He brainwashed me and made me take the loan
After that again i visited to vcare on 22nd june and asked manger to cancel my treatment and refund me

Because in consultation they never told me about ayurvedic...

Went to vcare on june last week.. Done with greenpeel treatment.. But the results was zero.. I spend 50thousand on this treatment.. Everytime calling to vcare.. They are saying wait for some time waif for sometime.. Already year over.. How much time i have to wait..

I have taken treatment for white hairs now i am not getting white hairs. Thank you
