Hi I am A. Pravi, porur client, I have already complaint on jan 2020, regarding forgery of sign and hrt treatment. That corporate lady told, we accept the fault, I will check it, you will be refunded with 12, 000 in cheque as soon as possible. My company will call u in February, you can go and collect the cheque nearby. Still the case is not resolved. I don't know whether the cheque will be cleared or not if they give, I am worried.They are telling to wait. Corona they are telling as reason. But March only lockdown started, but they told, they will refund the amount by feb. Now the salon is open, still they are processing the payment. What's happening, are they playing with clients?
