I have been taking hairfall treatment in tirupati vcare and the dandruff cleared my hair fall reduced to maximum extent and within a short period. The doctors were friendly especially therapist rajashekar who is taking care of me is great

Dr. Nithya kalyani took good care of me and also the hair therapist baskar did a good service and i am satisfied with my hair. I thank them for their work

I went for dandruff treatment they explained about the procedure that need to be done to remove dandruff from the scalp and was a messy process there is nothing you can do about it

The after treatment prescribed medicines do their intended purpose but they do cost a lot

Their cosmetic product are worth a try if you need to try something new they have a wide variety of cosmetic product but most of the time the delivery gets delayed must be due to lockdown

I had severe hair loss and went to vcare for the hair loss trearment after several sittings my hair loss has been marginally reduced i can feel the change. Only downside is it costs more

Its been 10 months since i am visiting vcare for stem cells treatment for acne. Yasmin doctor has promised that acne will disappear with this for 100% sure. Now only the last sitting is pending. Spent around 60, 000 for the treatment. Instead of reducing acne my acne increased a lot more now. All the efforts and 60, 000 went into vain and even with increasing my acne than the first time i visited. Now from 6 months doctor got changed and they were not even concerned about my treatment. I want vcare team to take action on my issue to either return amount or give me the correct appropriate treatment.

I am revathi from coimbatore, we had dermamelan treatment in vcare (Trichy road coimbatore). We had this treatment 13th july, 2019 and i have paid rs. 55000 /- staff's and doctors clearly said if we are not getting the result 80% of the amount will be refunded with 30 - 45 days. Its been more than 7 months i used to visit vcare regularly and asked for an update but they used to say its under process. I am requesting to refund the amount or compensation needed as promised by vcare. Feel like very poor performance

Note: doctors who gave the treatment was also not satisfied with the result.

I had hair loos problem, so i visited v care salem branch, i felt very happy while taking the treatment initially, but at the end of the result i am totally disappointed with results and service, your people promised me that my hair loss and thin hair will be solved within two sittings of taking prp, but actually it’s not happening still now. And i am sure i maintained good diet recommend by the consultant from the v care

And branch people were focused on to sell the product to the customer and not ready to solve the problem and i would like the say what are factors your people not focusing, and they took pictures of scalp on every segment except lost segment due to there is no improvement and they advised me come after 10days to take the pictures

ø initially they took hair condition test after that they did not analysed

ø they don’t have any clarity about why the dandruff and thin hair is not reduced

ø they don’t have idea about which shampoo and oil its suitable for the customer

ø one consultant said use derma roller daily wise and another one said weekly 3 times

I need help from you regarding my transactions done on 13th, June 2020. Actually I ordered some vCare items through an online website to my current living address Germany. I tried to pay the amount from my Credit card and I got an error message (Transaction failed and contact webadmin team for further queries) during payment at online website. That's why I tried another 2 times because of failed transaction error message and received the same error message 3 times on a row at an online application.

But after some time, I got email notifications from you saying that payment has been made successfully from my credit card and the same amount has been debited from my account. Surprisingly, I have not seen any order created at an online vCare website. But how this could happen with successful payment. Looks strange to me, this is not fair to the online users and confused with error messages at online Application and deducted amount later.

I would like to cancel all my following orders(which are with payment success Acknowledgement) and requesting you to cancel my orders in case it is processing the backend and return my debited amount to the same account. I hope you understand my current situation. You do not have any direct customer care number for complaing about online payments issue.
I reached out to the useless customer care numbers Contact : +[protected] / 41(they hold me for 5 minutes to transfer my call to the respective payments department and afterthat they have diconnected my call many time) or unresponsive email address [protected]@vcaretrichology.com.
Please do not play with the online customers amount.

I l. Jyothi staying at uppal beerapagadda hyderabad, 23 rd march i visited prabha's vcare health clininc at malakpet, dilsukhnagar branch, hyderabad, taken hair test your doctor covenced me hrt package and payed 14160 (Fourteen thousand one hundred sixty rupees) and i have not taken any treatement but now under covid -19 situation is critical in money point of view iam verry bad situation no job no food requesting you to please refund my amount

I am mrs. Hemalatha iyer from mumbai. I had on 31st may 2020 had a online telephonic consultation with dr. Kamakshi after paying consultation fees of rs. 300/-. I was asked by the doctor to go for rtk kit for rs. 20, 000/-. I was told by dr. Kamakshi that this was the offer rate only for that day and that i should make use of it. I believed her words and transferred online rs. 20, 000/-. Immediately. I am suffering from health problems and thought of consulting my doctor whether i could go for this treatment which also involved taking internal medication. Since my doctor advised against the above treatment, i requested dr. Kamakshi to cancel the order which she said is not possible. I was subsequently asked to speak to dharshini in this connection. There were few conversations and exchange of messages onwhatsapp which are self explanatory. I was left with no option but to go for the package since she said that there is no policy of refund in vcare. Subsequently, i received the invoice which had reflected my address incorrectly. I was later told that the consignment has been despatched and since there was no home delivery in mumbai i need to collect it from the courier by visiting their office personally.. Today when i had sent a whatsapp message to dharshini to enquire about the status of the courier, i was sent a whatsapp message by darshini stating that all cargo flights are cancelled and the consignment has to go through land transit only. From the exchange of messages you will observe that dharshini totally gave all false information. When my daughter in law spoke to her this morning she never allowed her to speak and was very rude and disconnected the call. This shows how customers are taken for granted and cheated by vcare. I sincerely request that strict action be taken against vcare and the concerned employees who besides being rude and arrogant, disconnected the phone. I need an immediate solution to this problem failing which i will be forced to initiate further necessary action against vcare for this shoddy treatment.

Treating myself past few days under chrk hair growth treatment on may 10th my medication was completed she is preferred new medication with some extra costly medicines around 9k due to lockdown i'm unable to reach the hospital she is convincing that the medicines will reach you at home please pay the payment including courrier service charge medicines are...

Myself and my mom took skin treatment in vcare and they suggested a kit for us and they told 2kit for me and one kit for my mom and they charged accordingly with negotiation.
Initially they gave 1kit for me and 1kit for my mom and while they give they said another kit i'll give once this cream gets over.
Now they refusing to give.

Now they saying am misunderstood with their terms.

They are cheat and fraud

I got treatment by MS.Nasreen Velachery v care...my face become too dark now...i got a scars on my face...i need a immidate refund...my wedding got cancelled due this treatment.i want my money to refund soon.i spoke with concerns there were no response done by the team.i got too much of scars on my face...i have all the bills and photos

I visited Vcare clinic for hair loss treatment consultation in February. I just wanted to get consultation/to find out what was the reason behind hairfall. The doctor advised that i have to take their treatments straightaway. The cost was a bit too much and I was a hit hesitant. The doctor said there are three different packages, one for controlling hairfall, one for controlling hairfall and promoting some hair growth and the third one for excessive hair growth. I got the second kit as my hair fall was starting to worry me at that point. The doctor gave me 4 kits to be used for 6 months. I paid 30, 000 Rs for this. I asked her what if my hairfall increased after using these products. She advised that all the products are natural and there will be no side effects whatsoever. I started using them early March. I got in touch with the doctor after one month of the treatment as my hairfall had increased at that point. She advised its just the week hairs falling. Now after 7 weeks my hairfall has increased tremendously, my hair has thinned to 1/3rd of what i had 6 weeks ago and i can see patches all over my head. I have stopped using their products completely. After just a week of not using their products, hairfall is back to normal. I definitely need a refund of my money as i need to see a hair specialist here to fix the damage vcare has done for my hair.

I have travelled almost 40km to clinic by seeing advertisment and details told by customer care of vcare member, in clinic after paying consultation fee 650 they have revealed price list just rs 21000 just rs100000. But, in advertisement they have mentioned just rs. 89 if you people reveal the original price in your websites, only intresed peaople will approach you. Because of you people i wasted my time, my money. This is very bad part of you people.

And they have adviced me to take 3 or 4sets of treatment, while i was taking the treatment my face have totally damaged with your medecine..
I have totally upset with your treatment.
I have almost spent 100000/- rupees just to spoil my whole life.
I have wrote a refund letter as suggested by your branch manager.
