On feb 16th 2020- i went for a hair checkup in vcare payimg rs.850/- for the checkup. After the analysis they forced me to take advanced treatment which costed 40000/- and asked me to pay 5000/- as advance right then to block the amount for treatment. They never told me that the advance amount was non-refundable. I decided to take the treatment later. But they are not ready to refund my money and are talking rudely when asked for the refund policy. Im attaching my bill too. Please help me get my rs.5000/- advance money back.

I visted the vcare clinic yesterday and paid for the hair analysis. After analysing they suggested a treatment and used my fear against me as a marketing tool. They didn't give time to think and come back. The entire treatment they suggested was worth 40k. They asked me to pay 5k as advance. The very next day i. E today, i asked for the refund of the advance as i am not able to afford the treatment cost. They are very rude and are not giving any alternatives for refund. I need my 5k back. I had really high expectations on vcare but now they just ended up loosing my trust behaving unprofessional with me.

Hi... I'm ranjith from sivakasi in virudhunagar district... I have pores in my face i went to madurai vcare hair clinic.. They said, u should take max.3 sittings... I said to them, yah ok.. I pay for first sittings and after i will pay remaining sittings... They said no.. This is an offer. So u can pay full amount... I trusted them because of their speech and mind washing me.. That's why i paid full amount for 3 sittings. And i done 2 sittings. But i have never seen single improvement... And i called to them... They said u can take min.10 sittings.. First you can pay amount and confirm your package and you can pay full amount bacause of this is an offer.. That time i got angry on them.. I told to them... I don't want nothing... Give me my money first for 3rd section... They said no... We won't give refund... You can take treatment... They ordered me... They wants only money.. Don't want customer satisfaction...# vcare... I tried many times.. But they didn't pickup my call... Now i'm in out of india that's why couldn't go there.. Plz.. Refund my money for 3rd section only.

Vcare the worst clinic with false promises they will tell you that improvement after 3 months of treatment
Which yields zero results and vcare guys wont even respond when i am telling you from the start 😡
The most irresponsible staff ever with zero liability and on every visit you will make sure i pay atleast 2 to 5 k

They will also claims that bill will be 17 to 20 k which will lead to 30k.

I had made an online purchase of hair oil from this company on november 12, 2019 vide ebs payment id:[protected]. The merchant reference number allotted was 30917. Post the online payment of inr 858/- done by me, i never received the consignment!

I wrote them a mail on november 26, 2010 on their mail id: [protected]@vcareherbalconcepts.com, continuously messaged them on their business whatsapp number: +91 [protected] on nov 24, 26, 28, december 14, 2019 & the latest message was sent by me on january 4, 2020. The whatsapp messages are being read but no reply comes from their end. Absolute silence from their end.

I also tried reaching them on[protected] several times during the months of november, december 2019. But the calls never went through! I have left messages on their website contact section but the same story.

There is absolutely no response.

I request you to get the company to deliver the consignment for which i paid for on november 12, 2019.

I had treatment in v care clinic madurai branch, i received the report & mention that i have suffered from androgenetic alopecia due to hereditary issue, i don't understand how did they find that mention issue just through trichoscan,

They didn't take any test except trichoscan, trichoscan will give the information of density of the hair, etc, but it never give the nutrition result of scalp & hair,

How trichoscan will find the genetic issue, even in my family nobody don't have baldness,

I have doubt their treatment process,

Hi friends, i am pravi, customer in porur branch vcare. I went for general check up for hair. I was given the patient form to fill up. I filled up page 1 and 2 and signed. I didn't sign in terms and conditilns they had done it, it is not my sign (After taking photocopy i came to know). They did hair check up and told me to wait in reception. I waited for 10 mins latter was called in. A pregnant lady, so called doctor was sitting. She told me, she had seen the report, ur foliclues are good, but for psoriasis starting stage. There are treatment for this. She told all the packages details, starting from 25, 000 till 50, 000. She told we have skin peeling treatment for rs. 10, 000 per sitting. 8 sittings are enough. We won't suggest for everyone. 25, 000 for 6 sittings, hrt treatment. She explained me everything. Latter she told take it soon, or ur hair will fall in patches. I got scared and paid rs. 15, 000. Later i was taken to a room, some lady therapist named pavithra, whose education was in schooling applied some oil and told me to leave. I traveled with that oil in bus. I used to travel in bus alone for long distance due to work. But in patient form, they had filled up i will frequently wear helmet and travel. How to travel in bus wearing helmet. Report or bills were not given to me. Later i consulted with my doctor, she told u have only few dandruff and i guarantee u that u don't have psoriasis and all. Later i saw all the reviews, vcare was fake and money minded, dont go. I got fed up and told doctor. She told, they won't repay, so for spent money u do. So i went for 1st sitting, they told did, in between another client was there, with her mother, she was also taking the same treatment for rs. 15, 000 of 6 sittings and she got black patches in her skin using the goat milk soap. I didn't want to continue the treatment. I was given 3 supplements and goat milk soap. Later my beautionist told small patches of baldness was there in two places, hair won't grow. I got scared and told i will stop. Later i called vcare to stop my treatment and return my money. They told me come, i went. New management lady was, sitting i told the reason and i want to stop. She told till last week we were repaying, this week suddenly management told not to repay. I told, u won't settle my bills or not even show my reports. How to take up. Then she told i will, tell the doctor to show the report. I went to a room, one small girl, she wasn't a doctor, wearing a coat and was sitting. Explaining me the report. I took photocopy. She told u have little dandruff, we will make it cure. I asked about all the package details doctor written in that report. The report is still with them. She told this peeling and hrt treatment will be very useful for hair treatment, peeling will b very usefull. I confirmed that she is not a doctor, all are lairs. Still they are calling for general check up from other branches too. Few days later i called and spoke to pavithra, she almost yelled and laughed at me, for me asking them to repay back. I saw the sign forgery too. This is the actual face of vcare clinic. I suggest my friends not to treat there anymore, waste of time and money. Home remedy is best. Natural is best. I don't know how they advertising so much. I want my money back. I feel it's not a clinic, it's a salon.

I am meghana. I and my brother took treatment for dandruff and heavy hairloss from bangalore whitefield branch of vcare and both o[censored]s are still having dandruff and haif loss and there is no hair growth. We have wasted nearly 1.5 lakhs together and no result. We trusted them so much that we followed everything they said and purchased everything. The staff is also not good. I have wasted all my money by taking loan. Hope they will solve my issue immediately.

I had taken treatment in vcare paying 50000rs bio cell treatment, i consulted vcare for hair loss and baldness, before consulting a vcare i am worried about slightly bald spots and also i have hair volume. For that i consulted vcare for hair growth doctor suggested me to take treatment i was doubted because i need to pay more money but that management use to call everyday i make me to pay 50000rs, i thought maybe results will be good. After treatment i started with heavy hairfall even my balspots got increased😭😭 vcare really worst clinc vcare is fraud.

Ive been taking laser treatment from vcare since may 19, such a bad response i got from that unit is that machine is not available for last 3 months (Sungam coimbatore) and everytime i have to go to another branch (Rs puram cbe), they should have informed us on this before starting the treatment and the growth is not controlled at al coz am giving 2 months gap btw two sittings which is not at all my mistake, already complaint has been raised...

My customer id: try19100032, nirmal r s/o ravi k. I had paid rs.12501 for 3 sittings of treatment for hair loss in advance. But thet don't provide 3rd treatment. They have compelled me that they would give 3rd sitting of hair treatment only we would have paid rs.12500 for 4th to 6th sittings of treatment. I feel this approach of vcare clinic is like that of cheating consumer. So, i request the vcare to refund the 3rd sitting amt or i will resort to next level of activity as a consumer's right.

We came to velachery may month and we paid 999/- after we paid they taken some video and show in monitor stating that bla bla bla and all then they taken us to a cabin and one of the lady spoken us in using of very very dramatic and bombastic medically language and she forcely targeted and clearly only about fees for further process and she keep on indict only the further fees but she is not explain us clearly what happen and what will happen. This type of activity is very disappointed us. Kindly give proper training and keep and appoint real professional people's. Thanks

One year before i was aft operated by dr deva sir but still it had not been growing but i paid all my loan amount about this operation so i request you to give my paid amount. Next month my marriage so i need money for uses of my marriage so once again i request you to give the amount. I already sent an email but still you did not response so please consider this.

On 15th sept i went to porur prabha vcare for enquiring details on hair treatment... They told we have an offer regarding the bday of prabha maam. So, if i pay rs 2000 as advance i get an offer... After i decided take the treatment later... And asked for refund they told the advance amount is non refundable... They never told me it was nonrefundable prior to the payment nor the bill was provided for the payment of 2000rs. I hav submitted the bill which was given on 21st sept after i asked for a refund. Plzz kindly take into matter and refund my money as soon as possible

I selected few products from vcaretricology.com, and i made the online payment with delivery charges, i did even received an acknowledgement letter to my mail with payment status success. but who is processing, when it will come to me and no phone numbers to contact, no replies to any mails, every day one new person will call and ask me and when i explain she will tell call you in 5mins, 1/2 hr, 15 mins ...but no call backs and completely different language, only Tamil no English no any other language ...i dont understand what is happening, to whom i should contact, to which mail i should contact, does somebody exist in product department or is it really working or its not working, , , , , what the hell is happening ...im really confused that such a highly recognized company VCARE customer care is so bad that they cant even address people and when u go to any clinic at first they will first talk only about the money and they ask us to pay full amount and later you people do all bogus things ...any justification from Vcare.

I went to v care ambattur branch. They charged me 27000 for clinical hair treatment. Again today i went for 1st sitting where they charged 16080 so totally around 43000. I guess they are only money minded and not worth for treatment.

Hence, please help me to get my money refunded. They not even checked my skin. Total waste of taking treatment. Medicine all waste

This is manisha i have taken a hair treatment to reduce hair fall from hyderabad as rao nagar vcare clinic it's has been four months there is no result still hair fall is the same i have spent nearly 90000 for the treatment i have all the bills with me i can produce all the bills i hope this issue will be taken had serious and hope for best solution. My unique id is cbt18090323, i have approached vcare for hair transplant by oct2018, i went for a consultation in v-care coimbatore. Dr. Rajalakshmi have advised me that i am in a 2nd level hair loss. Leading futher will be complete baldness. Only solution is you have to take a hair transplant.

Initially i feared of doing surgery. But times going my mindset has been changed by getting continuous call from her and then i also taken a decision by looking my personality - to take a surgery. So i went to vcare and said that i want to do a hair transplant, please make me young... They gave me a offer that open hair session. That means unlimited hair can be transplant if your are paying 1.18l. I am not from a well settled family. So i brought a loan to take this surgery and boost my confidence.

Finally i done a hair transplant on 10/1/2019 with a personal loan. On the day of surgery itself i lost my hope. Bcoz they said unlimited hair transplant session before surgery. But after surgery i asked them a mirror to see the my grafted hair line. Am shocked only 1000 graft placed on both side... Still i find a too many baldplace they can build another 1cm over that. I expected they may do 2000+ hair graft. But they comprimised me that they planted 3000 graft it can't be count visible now. But we grafted as closer as enough. Am also waited for every month that i will get my hair line back. But all my hair transplanted hair are getting fail day by day. After 3 month my natural hairs only grown.

I went again vcare patiently for my grafted hair failure. They told that i didn't maintain the grafted hair. But i cared my grafted hair like a baby. They make me fool. They still advised that sir you will get the hair after a year only. Please wait until you have to get the medicine.. Please pay us monthly 5000.

Vcare consulting doctor's only role is to compromise us to pay and getting their daily or monthly target that's it. So far 9 month gone.

If any higher official in v-care please prove that you have did your job after seeing my result.

Completely waste. U spent almost 1.5lakhs for prp treatment medicine shampoo and all. But i my get lost even more no improvement till now. Also no follow up. When u r doing first time registration, they will call you frequently and torture you commit the appointment. Once you registered for any treatment, they will never notify you for further sitting. You have to call every month and ask them about next sitting. Completely no responsiveness.

I had visited praba's vcare hospitals, sri chakra towers, vijayawadaon 9th jan 2019 and as per doctors suggestion took prp treatment on 11th jan 2019. My customer id: vjy19010067. My invoice number: vjy1819p07438. I used all serums, shampoos and medicine what they prescribed me. After prp treatment getting more hair loss. I spent lot of money for prp treatment which is not suitable to me. Please help me getting my money refund.
