I took an appointment for hair test for dandruff and hairfall. After testing they collected hair sample and asked for 2500. And suggested for a treatment costing 25000, for which i signed up and paid first instalment of 5000. They gave medicines for another 1500, plus they gave a free sitting of the treatment on the first day..
I went for first sitting after 10 days and asked for the report and they asked to complete the 1st sitting and within 10-15days they will provide the report and i was paying my instalments.
Second sitting i went a month later, still there was no report and they asked to complete the 2nd sitting..
I went asked the doc to provide the report, without it how can someone get treatment without knowing the reason.. She was saying we will get the report in 10day and asked to come for 3rd sitting.. I started following up in mails.. I paid 6 instalments of 2083. Total (5000+2083*6)...

It’s been more than a year still no report or reply from vcare, but they are making capitalfloat to follow up for the balance payment..

    In 17 march 2017 i went to vcare annanagar for gold facial which was provided in offer around 500/-, but they convinced me to do laser hair removal treatment since i hair some facial hairs. So on 19-march-2017, i paid them 25001/- for lower chin laser hair removal -13044/- and upper lip laser hair removal 8696/- for 6 sessions and offered me a complimentary body massage for my husband and 1 facial. But once i completed my 1 session laser treatment on same day they told me to come after 15 days, but in between i got conceived. When i checked with them they told they wont refund the money, instead i can continue treatment after lactation of my baby. It's been 2 years now, and i am planning to move onsite. But still they says to continue the treatment. How it is possible? I am the only person taking care of my kids also i have many process for my travel. This clinic is not understanding people's concern. They talk only about their terms and condition. This is not their money to think not let it go... This is other people money and their saving by their hardwork. If they go on cheating people like this it is not good for them. And the main thing i want to mention is they simply wear the white coat and they themselves say as doctor. They told me to see the doctor inside the room, one lady came by getting the white coat from other lady who was wearing that. I doubted at that time itself but still they convinced me and told today only offer, if you dint pay today offer will get closed... Cheating people, cheater clinic...

    Thanks for acknowledging the call and providing the response in positive way. Though you do not confirm anything on call, still I am little happy that you gave me some option to meet the manager in office for further process by understanding my concern. Before this it was not this scenario, whenever I call the clinic the keep on repeatedly saying "No Refund No Refund" apart from nothing can be done.(without understanding other people concern). But I never want to mention anything about the treatment I had, since I just had only one session. Without continuing the whole sessions mentioned I should not / cannot judge about the treatment. As of now I will provide 2 stars since the manager spoke with me and for the team acknowledging the query. Once I receive a positive feedback and they provide the proper amount as refund I will again mention it in the comment section about their positivity.
    Really I had a good experience in 2012 for whitening facial in tnagar branch, so only again I reached them for the facial which they provided on offer in 2017 in Annanagar branch. I am hoping for the best. Let's see.

      Im taking treatment for hair fall... It's been 5 sittings nd charged me 30k nt even hair fall is controlled nd my hair became rough. They simply say to eat nutrition food nd take proscribed tablets... And these # don't tell about hidden charges... Like shampoo cost it self 500 for 250ml.. Oil is 500.. Nd neutralizer is 600... All these # will nt even sufficient for a week... Tablets we have to use for 6months 3k... Roller 3k... They suck u till dey get 50k... It is really painful treatment when requested to cancel they said dey vl nt... I had itchy scalp bcoz of dis.. Useless... Y dese type of clinics are not punished i don't understand... Wish some seriously make this vcare clinic shut down their all clinics

        Hello sir, i'm from namakkal, i have visited your coimbatore v care before 2 years i have also paid amount of 30000 for hair transplant treatment (Booking), then i thought i don't want this treatment due to some personal reasons, after my decision i have been informed to doctor and i have asked for repayment. The doctor said it will refund to you and there is no problem in that process like that. Sir i have been waiting for 2 years sir. When it will related. Doctor's name rajalakshmi (Who have working in your coimbatore brach) we want vaild reason for delay and when it will refund with date. We have waiting for answer.

          useless prp treatment

          Im muthukrishnan. Vcare velachery branch doctor approached me to do hair transplant for rs.1, 18000 (Special offer) for full hair transplant. They gave assurance for the hair drafting will cover the whole scalp. So i agreed their words and done payment 2 months before the surgery. I have finished my surgery yesterday (23-jan-2019). They just drafted front head only. I. E 10% of hair only drafted. They didn't draft the affected areas. I discussed with the surgeon regarding it doesn't cover the whole part of head. But they mentioned its the maximum drafting. They cant able to draft more. So that i'm raising the complaint.

            I beleived vcare like anything. But they came to be money lovers. I bought an hair kit for 20000 based on chennai vcare doctors suggestion and also medicines for 2000 and it was working for a week and i have got shifted to hyderabad but after some days my dandruff got increased like anything. Then i went to hyderabad malakpet vcare anf met one doctor. She was jus wearing a doctor coat but was not lookin like a doctor at all she doesnt even speak english properly. She was literally confused when i startd asking questions of my dandruff issues. She told to use the kit for a month and then of its not working we will change the product and see. Also she told to buy one laser comb kind of thing which costs 13000. How much money will i spend? Am i a testing animal or what. She cant even answer properly to my questions. I was thinking thta if this vcare works for me then i will suggest to some more people but am very much frustrated and dissapointed by vcare service. They have given one mail id and they are not even responding to the same. Only i[censored] want to buy some product they will be behind you and once you buy, thats all, you are no where related to them. Please do not go for vcare for any products. Thanks vcare for such a worst experience and wasting my 24000 of money.

              I will start this message in social medias and cosumer blogs if you don’t respond to me promptly

              Don’t you know how to interact with your customers. I enabled don’t disturb in my number, then you are not authorized to call for any promotional purpose to me, it is illegal. Understand it first.
              From where the hell you got my number, why the hell you call to a number which is enabled with don’t disturb flag, should i teach you some basic business ethics?, should i teach you how not to do any illegal activities?
              I already informed v care that you should never call me for anything, it is illegal.

              Today i got the call from this number, [protected] claiming that he is calling from v care, in kannada, the first thing he asked me was “is anybody sick in your home”?
              I am dam sure, if v care starts a cremation service tomorrow, the executive will call anybody in india and ask the first question as “is anybody dead in your home?”

              I came to v care, coimbatore at 12:40 pm today and I am still waiting to see the doctor at 2:40 pm.
              I have not given any information regarding how long I need to wait.
              As soon as we come in they collect fee, after that people don't bother about people waiting.

                more irritating while using

                  Iam taking treatment in v care. Madam prabha is giving many offers for the clients that is discounts, 1+1offer, extra prp free offer... But these offers were not utilised by clients. Because vcare branches and staffs are hiding these offers and not giving the clients proper offers. Only main department has to check all these. Also consultants are not clear about the treatments check it out.

                      Please do not go to vcare. It is really too fake. I took treatment there for hair fall and melasma, after completed all sitting and medications they provided no change, got worse also. Very poor response from doctors. Doctors are changing frequently, no improvement. Fraud team, please do not recommend to anybody and i am planning to issue notice in trains also.

                      Utter waste of money, i spent nearly 1, 00, 000 for both skin and hair. So do not make the same mistake that i did please.

                        I have under gone through hair transplant from v care vijayawada in the last year. Many times i got betrayed through v care, but still i am using only care products from the past 6 years. Frst they have told me that prp is enough for my hair. Then they have asked me to go for aft. The hair line they have promised me before paying the money was different and while doing they have done it different. It been more than 1 year since i got transplanted. But still my hair was not thick. Every time i go and ask for the reason they will give me un satisfied answers. I have spent more than 4 lakhs for my hair and got no use. I need an explanation and i want my hair for my money. This is not at all fair as playing with regular and decent customers for the money.

                          I have taken treatment in t nagar branch. Doctor advices me to understand go peel and not instructed me the process for a peel and the staff who is along with doctor during a treatment instructed wrong process and now my skin is damaged now. I have along run to the branch for a help to repair my skin still i have not got a response from them. 1 month gone still i have not got any response from the concern team. I would explain in detail if any responsible complaint officer to hear my queries. Please resolve my problem and take action against ur staff.

When i complaint about it to them on call either they talk rashly or just hang up my call without even listening. If this is going to continue, i will make sure that i will file a complaint against your company

                              I am here to launch a formal complaint against vcare clinic, annanagar branch for misguiding and deceiving me willingly for financial gains of their company.

                              The narration of the complete scam as it went down is here, we have secured an appointment with dr. Vignesh at veecare annanagar clinic on 29 aug 2017, through one of my relative mr. Sarath (Carbon copied in this email). Since i was not sure about the address of the clinic, i had to hire a cab and alighted at vcare clinic not knowing there are two clinics with similar names (Expect the fact their spellings vary). We approached reception and ask for dr. Vignesh about twice and the guy at front desk ask us to have our seat. After about 10 min or so, he then asked if got any sms from doctor about appointment to which we said no. We also said to him that we have just set up the appointment about few minutes ago. Then we were handed a form that required our details. We filled in the form still thinking we were about to meet dr. Vignesh. I was to give a sample of my hair to do some tests for which i paid a sum of money around inr 9000 and all of sudden we were directed to a room where we met a lady doctor (Have no idea of her name). The "doctor" had discussion with us about my hair problem and finally she recommended a medicine or rather a modules of medicine which in total cost was rs.92, 687/- including consultation fee. I had paid the same amount through my card.
                              We have been trying to talk to their management for past 8 months but still no proper response.

                                Order no 12010 - this is to bring your notice that i have received my order. But the product was damaged. Entire pack was leaking. Please check the attached pics. Please share the guidelines to return this product as you haven't delivered in right package. Customer care people also not responding. If this is the way you treat your customers you'll be end up with disasters. Looking forward for your prompt response.

                                I went for face pigmentation and pimple treatment. I paid around 45000 but there is no improvement. It worsen the problem. It's a cheating one.

                                  No response customer care, very worst support for Delivery, once ordered the product maximum 20 days will take for the delivery, I have ordered 5th May through online but Till now no one responded my order, if once I call to customer care they simply say another 2day will be delivering, after that I ordered through missed call way they also same delay.

                                  I went to vcare for hair treatment and applied for loan.
                                  But due to some reason, I couldn't take treatment. So I asked for loan cancellation on stay of June. But still they didn't cancelled the loan till now (27th July 2018).
                                  They didn't respect customers once they know that they are going to take treatment.

                                    I am monika i have taken treatment in the vcare for skin acne and marks acne has been reduced but we have taken package even for acne marks but the marks are still on my face vcare doctors said that it will go 100per but now my treatment has completed they are saying that marks will not go for 100per but it has not eveen reduced my marks they are showing all fake photograps showing my clear skin but my face has not been such as they are showing we fought with them they said they will give extra 2flycolic peels but wen we asked will it go with 2peelswhixh has been not gone with 2peels they gace me a reply that we don't know i don't what prabha is dng sitting in the chennqi and giving all adds stating about vcare but nothing is there as such as she is giving adds in the tv i would like to share my pics and the vcare pics to the media and let them decide or else give a solution for this
