I Am vekat from tenali. i am a student.I have hair falling problem that's way I consult vcare Vijayawada and my doctor name is dr.swathi .Dr said to me take PRP(Platelet-rich plasma) to solve your hair problem .so I can choose that and pay money in installment process with capital floot loan service still now I am paying my installment but 0% results no improvement in my hairfalling problem even hair folling problem was incresed.

Hi, i am coimbatore and have worried for last 5 years due to heavy hairfall and dandruff problem. On ahead of my alliance process, i have decided to visit vcare coimbatore branch on march 2017 for just check up. On consultation day they have asked to pay 300 for the checkup. So they made some analysis with my hair sample and have showed report. After that, i have introduced to a doctor, but seems to a person who have completed master degree in beautician course. All other staffs seems to be professionally trained.

They have brain washed highly by providing more confidence as definitely there will no hair fall and showing some fake results. So i have decided to take the treatment for next 6 months and have paid full amount of rs.40000 (They asked to pay right now by explaining some offers for bio cell and other treatment). I have made the blender mistake there.

After that i have went for sitting every month and have provided tablets, shampoos, sprays. We have to pay separately for that and that would cost nearly 3k every time. For first 2 -3 sitting i have the confidence that i will get my hair back bcs they treated with different equipments and oils. But days to go, i didnt see any changes in my hairfall and highly fedup as money keeps going. On 5th sitting i have raised this to them and they have provided one more special kit for nearly 12k. But actually this is the only product i have half satisfied bcs i have some small hairs started to grow, but not totally worth for its cost.

At the final month, i have comparison report which shows both images same. No more changes in my hair. When i asked them, they replied that u may not have used the products regularly. Ok as per their point also, i didnt see not even 30% change after spending nearly 80k.. As promised to give 100% cure. Then they have again brain washed for next treatment. Vidugadaa saami.. They and their products are seems to highly professional. They are really money pulling machines and doctors are really not real doctors soo.

So please please my dear brothers and sisters, dont get attracted by ads and waste money..

Now, my some siddha treatments have provided huge more results..

I have received the vcare hair shampoo delivery from ilaneermalai, who has given the delivery to me. When i'm asked about the invoice bills he kept quiet and he said we were not providing the bills for this product.

I paid 2100 rs for 4 bottles shampoo. I need the invoice bills for this delivery. Can you please advise me on this. How customer will pay the money without invoice bills for the product.

The delivery person came from trichy and i have raised some questions to him, but he is not aware about this product and he is selling the product in remote places.

I need the invoice bills immediately.

I am 2nd yr B.E, I was first entered into VCare @my 11th std, bcs of my hairfall problem. I am suggested to take PHRT. Treatment gone well. I felt that I got some Changes, but actually no improvement happened. Only waste of money(nearly 45, 000). After that treatment I forget about VCare...the problem is still continuing when I consuled them, they are saying that it might be ur fault, that u might not taken the medicines and treatment oils regularly, ya i accept it may be a small reason but it is just a small percent mistake, what is the answer for the sittings I had taken for those days. No answer..I thought that this treatment is not worked only for me.
After few months I lose some more percent of my total Hair. Now also i dont have anyother solution for this. This time I bought SteamCell Therapy Kid, they gave me those magic formulae. They assured ya u will get ur hair much densed after using these magic formulae. It is very worst, it doest work . It is 0% result. Once again waste of money(nearly 25, 000).
I am going-on worse abt my hair and..no othere way once again VCare. In my 1st yr I had taken a Treatment called PRP. Same as nothing nothing nothing...another once again waste of money(nearly 40, 000).
Now i am 2nd yr. My problem reached another lvl. U cant belive, at this moment also I am having a idea of going there.
Thats it this is thing, *they made u feel they are best, its ur mistake or badluck these treatments didnt work on you*. Even right now I dont know whethere "the fault is there side or my side". Thus people are getting fooled. This thing drives the company well.
A Survey should be taken among VCare clients, whethere what they feel abt these treatments.
Because many innocents are getting cheated.

I came for treatment in vcare on oct 2017. They took a loan of 1 lakh rs on my name from capital float for treatment. I have done one sitting and paid one emi back. Now i didn't want to continue treatment. But they are not closing or repaying my loan taken under my name. Kindly do the needful.

Note: at any cost i dint want to continue treatment. I have returned all their products already.

I am mahender, 28 years old from hyderabad. I had taken biocell treatment for my hair loss in vcare, malakpet, hyderabad branch by paying 45000/- for 3 months duration. After my treatment result was zero and hair loss & baldness visible were increased more.
I have taken bajaj finance zero% emi facility for treatment. Present i was paying 4600/- monthly emi to bajaj.
I had approached to doctors and argued with them for my refund...

Vcare trichology clinic in banjara hills

- vcare does not have any doctors specialized in trichology
- people sitting at the clinic, posing as doctors wearing white coats are just diploma holders and not even dermatologists (Forget trichologists)
- prescribe general treatment to everyone that includes multiple sessions and is very costly
- their supplements does not have any ingredients mentioned and is priced arbitrarily without any monitoring from any government body
- the laser treatment makes the hair dry and even more brittle.in fact in my case i developed acne on scalp after a few sessions
- they are still looting the uninformed customers

My brother went for hair transplant treatment enquiry after the consultation they have asked him to sign on some form saying customer details entry and took his biometric details as well this is mandatory to become a memeber and also for checking eligibilty for loan. My brother also signed and gave his details now someone from capitol flot calling him to pay the loan for which he has undertaken hair treatment form v care which he never took one. After compalining in customer care they told him that the loan is been cancelled and he wont have to worry but v care failed to update the cancellation to capital and some people keep calling my brother and blackmailikng him to pay the loan which they have paid to v care on behalf of him.

My name is karthiga i have taken treatment for my hair fall on september 2017. They chosed hra treatment for me. But i didn't get any solution. Only at the sitting period my hair fall controlled and again it started. And they had given two treatment hit that is too waste after using that i am getting more hair fall. I paid 16000 and i need solution from vcare immediately.

Hi, vcare promised a refund of an advance payment made as we didn't go ahead with the services. We have a letter in writing that a refund will be done in 3 months (Even thought it took them less than 3 minutes for them to my swipe card and take the money at time of payment). The letter is on vcare letterhead and signed by concerned authority with seal. It's now been 9 months and no refund. When i finally called them today they said refund not possible without providing any reason. And they refuse to connect me to higher authorities. Vcare is the name of the company but they don't care one bit. Irresponsible behavior of people with no respect for people's money or time. I am now going to take legal action as i have more than enough evidence in the form of the letter. I will also ensure i spread the word about vcare through social media and other platforms. They should never string on and cheat another customer.

Hi to all it is fake v care i went actually pigmentation problem don't want others to waste money and their time in vcare.
I paid almost 20k for treatment and 7k/month for medicine. Totally i would have spent 27k for vcare.
But i couldn't see any result.
Every-time when i meet the doctor and complain about the pigmentation, she will say you will see the result after two month,.. I don't know how many two months she will...

They said 100% your skin whil be cure and fair, colour improvement they give promise to me... Still now 5 sitting mbt, and also peeling but i have no changes in my face and also it's giong...

I went to v care two years back with ma acne prob in cbe branch. My prob wasn't severe then. I was attended by a doctor who was a dentist before. Which means she isn't a professional. I told her tat i have a sensitive skin so none of the product suits my skin. Bt as default she suggested me salicylic acid peel.in ad they said they have different treatment bt they had only with them. It was an expensive treatment of 5k for each sittings with a total sittings of 5. Apart from that they gave some other products that are really costly for regular use. Ma acne went really worse. It turned ma face red. I later found that tis treatment doesn't suit sensitive skin through google, am not sure if the concentration was also really high. After 4th sittings as it went really bad they asked me to have 1 more sitting with additional 5k. I discontinued it. It has been 2 years since then but still my face has that acid marks, did may things and i couldn't help myself.

I just consulting a doctor in vcare, tnager and they said u need to take 3 treatments. For first treatment i was paid an amount of 40000. And they said u have to pay the second treatment amount through loan in bajaj finance. Iam just providing the details of my friend passbook photocopy for checking eligibility. But before taking the first treatment for my initial payment they said we got a loan amount of 60000 form finance.in mean time i went for blood checking and the result identifies that it is not good for further continuing of treatment. Without my permission they took a loan against my friends name. I just took only two sitting in vcare and paid 40000 thousand. Now they said to pay 60000 to bajaj finance. What a great forgery. Iam going to file a complaint in police station for these kind of forgery against me.

Vcare clinic is a total waste of money and time. I had hair treatment for about 6 months. They took 50000 on spot and then for all the medications it was almost again 30-40000. Such a waste of money. These people are just greedy for money and trick you to take some sort of stupid treatment and u ll end up with nothing. I suggest u to try some other aid rather than these vcare kind of institutions. They cost more than normal hospitals do

I have been taking slimming treatment for past 3months but till now they reduced only 1kg & also whenever i call for an appointment they are saying that our therapist left the job so we don't have staff. My question is "the whole vee care branches is depending upon only one therapist. I am really unhappy with ur service. I paid 19000 for this treatment. Pls response any one from vee care team. I gave test for hma, for which vcare promised me the result will be given in 15 days. It has been almost one month. Still now i didn't receive any update from them.
Test cost around 3000/-
Please help me in getting back the amount. I don't want any of their results and suggestions.

I had been gone for skin treatment and the way the doctors speak is so talented and brain washed but its been 3 months of treatment with zero improvement but went worst condition after taking treatment now we require the refund we had been for the loan of 24k but now we have to pay that amt to bank no response from vcare management will approch court if the refund is not made worst worst treatment ever money minded business clinic.

Am 41 yrs woman, with some medical complications, i went to vcare for hair treatment to my daughter. there some one advised me, just to meet the doctor to get some idea for weight loss. simply i went to meet the doctor, but due to their marketing talent i accepted and paid 40, 000 for treatment, but after i returned to home i consulted my family doctor and he advised not to take the passive way for weightloss, then the very next day itself i informed them that am not willing to undergo treatment and i said to return money. all this happened in oct2016, everyday whenever i visit they will say, next week we will pay like this 4 months over, but today telling that they cannot give money back. very very disappointed and got angry with their approach, thinking of approaching a consumer court.
