V care products worsen my hairfall by taking 50, 000 they make us believe in them but that didn't work and even worsen my hairfall

I'm continuously calling and messaging them buy NO Response from them for the past 1 month. Waiting further more is not acceptable and awaiting your final confirmation to go legally thro Consumer approach.

Your Vellore people not willing to complete the pending 2 + 2 sessions of treatments. Saying something irrelevant reasons.
We have paid Rs.28, 000 and pending is around Rs. 9300 considering pending of 30 % treatments.
I am continously calling your people for the past 1 month and they are Not at all Responding.
I'm totally unhappy on your Service and decided to file a consumer case against your Nil Response.
Awaiting your final confmn to proceed further on approaching legally.

I took hair and skin sessions at vcare kurnool Feb 2022 due to some reasons I didn't completed my sessions now the staff of kurnool vcare saying that u have completed 1 year we can't provide u services which u taken that are locked when I'm booking the sessions the doctor said it's life time validity now they are saying that it's only for 1 year is this right way to deal with the clients I need my money back or I need my sessions

They explained me about bio cell treatment and tried convincing me, for an hour, to go for it for 56k after discount. Eventually, I ended up registering for the treatment. This is satya sruthi I am taking treatment in vCare (Vijayawada branch) to my skin color improvement. so I started my treatment January 4th 2020 at that time .I took the treatment and after second wave Covid is came that’s why I stoped my treatment then after I got the pregnant then after one year .I started my treatment but unfortunately my health is again affected so as per doctor suggestion .I could not attend the sessions now I am planing to take the remaining sessions so i call to Vijayawada branch I am asking my appointment they told me the month of December 2022 they blocked my account in the joining time doctor told me this is life time treatment and any branch in vCare. I paid 90, 000 the rest of treatments fusion spa-4, ultra whitening -1, salicylic peel-1 treatments. They why we are not giving remaining sessions? I wanted to finish my all sessions if you are not respond and give my sessions. I will go ahead by complaint in consumer forum because I called and I discussed with more and more time with consultant members but they will not respond properly. I hope your response in positive way because I trust vcare.

My name is Girish Kulkarni I have visited the VCare in Jayanagar 4th block on the same day I have booked six I have paid 6000 800 by the word of mouth and I have paid through credit card and later I am moving out of the town so I called the manager to refund the amount but he is not returning the amount he is not taking any responsibility in talking is not lifting my call more back

Have joined Vcare in vellore branch and my issue was dandruf as they suggested i took the higher package in treatment and my doctor gave the diet plan and i followed it perfectly and i bought the products they said and i used them regularly and my sittings for treatment were perfect and for every 15 days i told the doctor there is no result and the dandruff is increasing he said it will go slowly dont worry and suddenly the doctor resigned from the post he stopped coming to the vcare hospital i told them what is this my issue is not resolved and the doctor is resigned what should i do and i talked with manager and the manager himself told there is nothing wrong towards you and i said solve issue he said i will send your complaint to the head branch and its been more than 3months and my situation is far worse and there is tremendous hairfall and i can clearly see spaces in my scalp they are saying we are doing doing like that and there is no response every time im calling them and they are saying its taking time we are doing what ever we can like that and i hate this because of their fault now im suffering and im sure that im perfect towards my side..
The comedy thing is i went to the vcare for dandruff riddance right at least they have not tested the dandruff i mean what type od dandruf is this after my complaint to the manager then they tested it and the doctor who was supposed to guide me through this he suddenly stopped working there and manager asked Are you expecting an refund ? I said I don’t want a penny i have pais what i want is solve my issue which you people have done and im being patient since more than 3 months now im sure that i have made a huge mistake consulting vcare. What i want is justice and I don’t want to pay again would you believe for just treating dandruf i have paid more than 40000 and i was genuinely patient and for every 15 days i should travel 120 km for the treatment after all this effort and my money what i got is punishment from the doctors of vcare please help me with this and i want to blame vcare vellore branch especially the doctor who resigned please ensure that this complaint is worthy and resolve my issue and my dandruff is far worse now😔

Me sundari getting the laser treatment for chin and upper lip hair grow.. While starting the sitting we never told the expiry date of the sitting .When we ask for the final sitting they told it is already expired.They told that they try to call me but they couldn't reach me. Since I am working i couldn't pick the unknown calls. The communication may be thru Whatsup sms or mail ..After giving the letter they approved the sitting and ask me come for the last sitting. They give me 6 clock appointment but now the time is 8.30 still i am waiting in lounge for approval. And also they compel us to purchase accessories.This is not fair of treating the customer.As mother of two kids i have kept waiting for more than 2.30 hrs .As an repute concern it is not good to handle to the customer.

I went to inquire about the hair transplantation but trichologists, sorry cosmetologists (I feel this is the perfect word for them), explained me about bio cell treatment (6 sittings) and PRP 4 sittings (3+1)for better 100% guaranteed results with cost of 96k. And they tried convincing me, for an hour, to go for it for 86k after discount. Initially I have paid 50k for bio cell and i have completed my 6 sitting still i don't find results. And after that i called doctor and mentioned that zero results on the biocel treatment. The doctor said that for you biocell and prp was suggested, please continue your prp sitting for better results, so i paid 36k for Prp. Eventually, I ended up registering for the treatment. While going through the treatment, they compelled me to buy their suggested products saying that we can't show the results if you are not using suggested ones, this is an additional cost of 10k (prp kit (INVA care PRP kit).
I have gone through the all biocell 6 sittings and 4 prp sittings and additionally used the products they suggested but without any results. Till now I spent 1.15 Lakhs for this waste of treatments. When I explained the same to them, they suggested another product to use Or continue the maintenance. This is just waste of my money and most importantly time. This is nothing but just an hitech saloon. Why the heck you people are persuading the customers to take the treatments? i had worst experience in vcare and their treatments. I have already spoke with branch manager and doctors no proper response, please someone help to solve this

I have taken dandruff treatment in Vcare porur branch, I have spend almost 20k for dandruff treatment, doctor has assured that dandruff and hair loss will be completely stopped, i had been using the products regularly for the past 3 months but still now no result, I had been facing huge hairfall after taking the treatment, before treatment also i didn't face this much hairfall.. I want the solution or need my money back...

I visited Vcare madurai for my hair loss consultation. Branch manager and Dr Divya, brainwashed me and made me to choose alopecia Areata therapy, I paid 64000 directly. After taken their treatment, i am not at all satisfied with their appraoch and procedures.

I still have 4 micro needling procedures pending, I need refund of those money.

Sir i was taken demo session in Kukatpally Hyderabad they not done treatment taken my 36 k before three years I'm unable to come here

I had asked for loan cancellation provided by bajaj finserv .. because my parents are not in a situation to pay it when returned back home from clinic..and i had a severe headache after the first session and the doctor had explained a different plan a deducted a different amount

They are not providing any offer but advertising as 25percent off on home care kit. When we bought that kit no discount was given. When we enquired their staff they said no idea. Cheating their customers with fake advertisement.
