Dear VCare Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint and request a refund regarding the Biocell hair treatment I underwent at your Nagercoil VCare clinic.
I have completed the prescribed Biocell treatment sessions along with the recommended medicines and kits. However, there are no visible results, and in fact, my hair loss has continued and worsened even after the treatment.
At the time of enrollment, I was clearly assured that new hair growth would be visible after the second session. Unfortunately, no new hair growth has been observed till date. This has caused me significant disappointment, mental stress, and financial loss.
I have spent approximately ₹1, 00, 000, including treatment charges, medicines, and kits. Despite strictly following all instructions provided by the clinic, there has been no improvement whatsoever, which is contrary to the promises made during consultation.
Given the lack of results and the assurances that were not fulfilled, I request: A full refund of the amount paid
