Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my treatment experience at your facility, which has been highly unsatisfactory and distressing.
Throughout my treatment, doctors and managers were changed frequently, leading to a lack of continuity and clarity in care. Additionally, policies were altered mid-treatment without prior notice or consent, which directly affected the services promised to me at the time of registration.
At the time of initiation, no deadline or treatment timeline was communicated. I paid for six treatment sessions, but only five sessions were conducted. When I visited for the final session, I was denied the service on the grounds that the treatment timeline had ended—a condition that was never mentioned during registration or during earlier sessions.
Furthermore, once the doctors became aware that I did not wish to continue the services due to false promises and frequent policy changes, their behavior turned rude and unprofessional. This conduct is unacceptable and falls far below expected medical and ethical standards.
I request a written explanation for:
The denial of the final paid session
The sudden introduction of an uncommunicated timeline
The unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff
I also seek an appropriate resolution, including either completion of the pending session or a refund for the undelivered service.
I hope this matter will be addressed promptly and professionally.
