On June 6, 2026, my husband and I visited the Vcare Hair Clinic in Vellore for an initial consultation. The representative convinced us to purchase hair growth kits and start a hair growth treatment costing ₹53, 000. Although I explained that we come from a low-income family and could not afford it upfront, he persuaded us to opt for an EMI plan through Bajaj Finance, which was processed and approved on the same day, and the kits were handed over to us.

A few months have passed since then, but there has been no improvement in my hair loss. Furthermore, the products caused severe side effects, including weight gain, headaches, and irregular periods. When I tried reaching out to the representative for assistance, they stopped responding.

I am ready to return all unused hair growth kits to the clinic. Given the severe adverse effects and lack of promised results, I request an immediate cancellation of the remaining EMI loan and a full refund.
