Dear sir
I went skin care treatment at porur branch Mr Arvindh and dr priya who has convinced for treatment based on his words we paid full amount through finance. He said it's one time treatment .After started treatment there is no follow up and there is no results also. When we ask about this he is very rude showing attitude he is not ready to answer again he is asking to pay amount to buy products. Literally he had cheated us very frustrated lost our money. We tried to reach customer care so many times no response. Upfront he is saying whatever it is we blame clients side u cannot do anything. Is this the way vcare giving service to the clients. Very pathetic. Poor customer service from branch and customer care.
