Vcare Hair Clinic — waste hair treatment and requesting for refund

My name is Anish, I visited V care, whitefield Bangalore, for My hair Treatment in August 2023. My Customer ID is SBW23080012. I was brainwashed to take PRP and waste without scientific valid follicle treatment method. First Dr. Aishwarya told there is discount is going on if I opt now I get 40000 discount and it is permanent treatment hair will grow. I spent 36000 for PRP and 40000 for follicle treatment. After that DR said more over she looks like sales girl not doctor whatever query I asked she was unable to answer face to face and their staff is telling call over phone for if I have any question. After this treat ment they sold two invacare kit that is not at all useful it is very costly per Kit is 10, 000 rupees. after 7 -8 months My hair became worsen and I visited there then again they sold one more kit and other tablet worth rupees 11, 000. Whenver I visit they are hiding and saying Dr is busy, do councelling over phone. I have taken credit card loan for this treatment. But no improvement rather my hair case is worsen .I am requesting kindly refund the oney I spent on this treatment and do not play with people emotional and take advantage.
