Vciti — H Villas : Not refunding amount

Hi Team,

We have booked a property (villa 19 P2) under "H villas" project by Vciti, Bangalore. In case of required legal document not present from Pioneer/Vciti side, they were bound to refund the amount as per our agreement. When we asked them to return the amount, the contact person Soham (Vciti) is taking some good time (as per today it has been more than 90 days) to come up with the date of refund and no one from this team is taking the ownership.

My ask is to refund my 1, 00, 000 amount in a next 24-48 working hours time from now.
