I have paid booking amount of 2.45 lakhs INR after visiting the property of Vciti bellissimo in kudlu, Harluru road, Bangalore- Going by the approach Mr Yeshwanth Neta and property of vciti and paid 2.55 lakhs INR to complete booking.

Going by their terms, I had paid 44 lakhs INR to sign the contract agrement by April 2024. Vciti mentioned that there would be two agreements to be signed- Land agreement for individual plot registration...

I have paid booking amount 50, 000 on 26th May 2023 by motivating the amount of price and words. Immediately I realized and cancelled the booking. they Confirmed by mail to refund the amount. I am kept on follow up with Soham Kothari who is coordinating my issue, he is postponing week by week. He Said as many reasons as he can. I am fed up of all the reasons and lost the trust. I read so many reviews with same issue. Like me so many others are also suffering. Kindly help me to get my money back.

This company is a complete sham. Avoid them at all costs, even if it seems like your only option. I was hounded by their sales team to attend a webinar, where they coerced me into paying a 50k booking amount with the promise of a refund within 7-14 days (a promise that turned out to be nothing but a trap).

After visiting their site the next day, I was appalled by the location and the shoddy construction quality. I immediately decided against proceeding with them and promptly sent a cancellation email for my Expression of Interest on July 2nd, 2023.

Despite their assurance of a refund within 45 days, here I am on March 27th, 2024, still chasing them for my money. And to add insult to injury, they can't even be bothered to reply to my emails. Their feeble excuse? They're 'putting all their efforts' into the refund. Give me a break! How much longer do they need? It's been over 8 months of this nightmare, and the frustration is unbearable.

I've even reached out to @Jai Baid, hoping for some semblance of an update, but the silence is deafening. It's crystal clear: they're nothing but heartless scammers who toy with people's emotions and money. Every single day dealing with them is pure agony.

To anyone reading this, steer clear of this builder unless you want to be plunged into a world of regret and despair.

We have booked a property (villa 19 P2) under "H villas" project by Vciti, Bangalore. In case of required legal document not present from Pioneer/Vciti side, they were bound to refund the amount as per our agreement. Don’t go with this builder! I have paid booking advance during webinar and they confirmed that they will refund in case of any issues within 2 week! Last 2 months I am chasing and no one answer the calls and email! The booking amount is very less and if they don’t have that amount itself they can’t do any development to this place! Please stay away from them!

I requesting to your Founder & CEO (JAI BAID), Bhasker and Bastin there can be situation of cancellation too.. We didn’t expected that too.. I was so happy initially till the booking.. but when I requested cancellation everything changed! I have really planned to get back to you if I get the funds to buy and now the way you all reacted for this refund, I lost complete hope on you people! Your sales team gave the flexibility of refund immediately as I told him about my situation too! Before Any one give booking amount pl check below text and attachment of my booking cancellation email and false commitments.

I have paid 2 lakhs as booking amount and also cancelled the plot . But I am not getting refund .

Please who ever is reading this do not invest with VCiti, none of the members have humanity . People who invested with me and proceeded with the purchase all are suffering as the development work are not progressing and just getting tentative dates without any practical field work .

Pathatic experience from the Builder side . Mr Soham and Mr Jai

We booked the villa plot in December 2022, paid 3 lakhs advance in December and 8.6 lakhs towards plot by 20th January 2023. They mentioned agreement would happen in next month. They didn't complete the agreement until end of September 2023. We paid additional 2.4 Lakhs in September for agreement. In total we've given 13 Lakhs to them (deducting 1 lakh paid back by them in March for construction advance). I faced layoff notice in October...

Company is totally fraud, they dont refund a single rupee from the booking amount .

My association with VCITI Hogwarts Villas has sadly evolved into a disheartening narrative o[censored]nprofessionalism, leaving me stranded in a labyrinth of disappointment and frustration.

Initiating my journey with VCITI Hogwarts Villas, I eagerly secured a spot in the project by promptly transferring 1 lakh via UPI as a booking amount on September 2nd, 2023. However, unforeseen financial complications prompted me to send a cancellation email on the same day, a decision reiterated during a face-to-face meeting with the project coordinators, Mr. Soham and Mr. Sujeet, on September 3rd.

A flicker of optimism emerged during a meeting at the VCITI HSR Office on September 12th, where Mr. Soham assured me of a refund within 30-45 days. This assurance temporarily mollified my concerns and bolstered my confidence in the professionalism of VCITI Hogwarts Villas.

Regrettably, the weeks that followed have been plagued by unfulfilled promises and a disheartening lack of professionalism. My persistent attempts to seek resolution through calls and WhatsApp messages from September 30th onwards have met with a dwindling responsiveness, eventually plunging into complete silence. As a working professional, the mental toll of having to incessantly chase a resolution to this matter has been both taxing and unjustifiable.

This breakdown in communication and the apparent reluctance to honor the promised refund within the agreed-upon timeframe raises grave concerns about the ethical standards and integrity of VCITI Hogwarts Villas. The growing suspicion o[censored]nprofessionalism and potential deception has cast a shadow on what was initially a hopeful venture.

This review serves as a plea for urgent intervention and a reminder to the management of VCITI Hogwarts Villas. I implore you to address this matter promptly, fulfill the promised refund, and rectify the apparent lapse in professionalism to restore faith in what has thus far been a deeply disappointing experience.

I had booked a villa plot project name vciti boulvard in whitefield-malur area (JDA property between adhishesh developer and vciti) and at the time of the booking they had promised that they will refund the booking amount in case of cancellation But now they saying refund is not possible due to delay of cancellation.
During booking i had paid 50k through mobile link which is not to vciti account its some other random third party account. After booking amount Mr yashwant(Vciti representative) send the wrong documents for verification. He took almost 15/20 days to send original documents where many documents are missing. i keep on reminding him for documents. During booking they said all amenities will be complete within 2/3 month but till now nothing is ready out of 16 amenities commited, where they charged amenities cost 1.5lakh and advanced 2 years maintenance cost 50k in the final price. . Now they saying when 50% people will stay then only they will build the amenities. Also they have mentioned in voucher STRR road and asia biggest amusement park is near to there property which is also wrong information later we got to know. Aspite of that in shared documents its clearly mentioned GPA(General Power of attorney) between buyers .While we asked about the same they dont have any answer. for them there legal is clear with that GPA but i am not ready to buy any property where all these issues are there.

Even after my continuous follow up from 1.5 month they didn’t do the refund and infact it was a mental harassment for more than 3 months .

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the refund process provided by Vciti. My experience as a customer has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it's important to share my story to help others make informed decisions. I had initially decided to book a villa in a project called as Felicity near Dommasandra circle and made my booking with by paying an advance amount for a property on 7 October 2022. Unfortunately, due to location and price, I had to cancel my booking. This is where the issues began. Despite adhering to the cancellation policies and providing all necessary documentation, I have yet to receive my advance amount back. Its been more than 10 months and I am still chasing Vciti team. Multiple attempts to contact their customer service team have yielded no results, for past few months I have been chasing Mr.Jai Baid who is the founder and CEO of Vciti, he keeps on promising the refund deadlines but never happened. The lack of transparency and communication regarding the refund process has left me frustrated and concerned about the legitimacy of the company's practices.
As a customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and ethics from Vciti and it’s management @Jai Baid, especially when dealing with financial matters. The fact that they have not honored their commitment to refund my advance amount has shattered my trust in their business. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering any dealings with Vciti. My experience serves as a cautionary tale about the importance of thoroughly researching and understanding a company's refund policies before making any financial commitments. In conclusion, my encounter with Vciti has been marked by unresponsiveness and lack of accountability. It is my hope that this review will serve as a wake-up call for the company to rectify their practices and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Respected Sir, I'm Rajasekaran, Booked a plot in Vciti, chikkanagamangala, Bengaluru on 10th March 2023 and paid 5 lakhs rupees.

My daughter is not feeling well and hence I asked for cancellation of the booking within a week of booking

They are not giving any refund of Rs 5Lakhs and saying the money can't be returned back.

I had booked the plot under the code name wisdom I paid sum of Rs 1, 16, 000 (One lakh sixteen thousand) I got the incorrect documents from vciti for the legal verification upon multiple follow up they could give me documents but still few are missing. My legal advocate had raised the concerns as he could see there are some mis match which vciti couldn't answer till date . MR CEO TO RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY RUDE when asked for the refund. Intact the Ceo of this.company literally stopped responding to my calls and emails . I am stuck I don't know how get my money back .

I have paid advance booking amount of rupees 16000/- to block the plot number 54 in V citi Wisdom (phase 2).
I had sent the cancellation mail on March 8 th but yet there is a delay from there side for around 2 weeks due to legal issues and wall was not constructed when we visited the site. They said they will be resolving all the issues but they have resolved only wall construction issue, on Friday 25 th of March and again I have sent mail on March 30 th by listing all the unresolved issues
like delay in construction of walls and no proper response for lot of other issues like sewage, site is in the down part of the project.

The below mentioned are still not resolved from their side.
1.Sewage plan - I have asked them to send sewage plan details as the site is too low side of the layout and sewage plant is on the upper part so there might be problem in future but no response was received.
2. I have requested that we wanted to talk to the land owner before Booking the site because we have encountered a conversation with unknown person near the plot premises saying that he owns the coconut trees (which are infront of the site) and he wants way to enter into the property and layout and he said 5 feet way should be left for him to enter into the property and pluck the coconuts and this happened when my family visited.
3. When I have asked them that I need to speak to the land owner "Jai baide " who is the head of V citi simply said through phone call that he is the owner of all plots and his name is Ramesh. He simply lied to me ( customer to buy the plot)
So with all these issues and non willingness of the family. I decided not to proceed further anymore and even after sending cancellation mails and following up with them they are denying to refund the booking amount.
I have all the evidences for which I claimed above. Kindly help me to get the refund amount.
I have paid a intrest of Rs 3000 for the 16000 amount which I debited from credit card. I would be more happy If I get 19000 rs including the loss which is incurred because of the late refund.
