VCITI — Refund of booking amount 80, 000/- issue from adisesh boulevard

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a troubling experience following our visit to Vciti Boulevard on 24th August. During this visit, we met with a representative to discuss the purchase of two plots. We were assured that the booking amount would be refunded if necessary, which gave us the confidence to proceed with a payment of ₹80, 000 (eighty thousand rupees) to “Adisesh Boulevard, ” primarily to verify the property documents.
We received the documents for the plots on 3rd September and began legal verification with our lawyer. However, our lawyer raised concerns regarding the survey number, stating that this must be provided before he can issue a legal opinion on the purchase. I have attached his observations for your reference.
Since 17th September, we have made numerous attempts to contact the representative to address these concerns, but we have received no response to our calls or messages. Given the lack of communication and the unresolved issues, we no longer feel confident in moving forward with the purchase.
Therefore, we kindly request the refund of the ₹80, 000 advance payment at the earliest. This sum represents a significant portion of our savings, which we accumulated over the years to secure our family’s future. We are currently facing financial difficulties, and a swift refund would greatly alleviate our situation.
I am also requesting the immediate attention of your Founder & CEO, Mr. Jai Baid, to address this matter directly and ensure that the refund process is expedited.
We hope you understand the urgency of this matter and look forward to your prompt intervention in ensuring that the refund is processed.
