I have taken admission in online classes for my son and paid for 7th and 8th classes for the session[protected]. My son has completed online tuition for his class 7th.The final result of my son was not up to the mark for class 7th as per commitment given by Vedantu during admission. I have requested for the cancellation of 8th class online coaching classes and request to refund the amount paid in advance. But vedantu is not responding for the refund. As per Vedantu coordinator during admission he was confirmed that the subscription can be cancel in any time if the student is not performing well. I have sent so many emails but there is no any response from Vedantu. Vedantu is denying for cancellation and refund of course fee too.
I have provided progress report of my son for his class 7th half yearly and annual exams which was asked by Vedantu during telephonic call from Vedantu care. After providing the same still there is no response from Vedantu.
