Our child had signed up for a coding program with Vedantu, for which the course & teacher were not engaging. The child was not interested & just did not like to attend the sessions. We gave the feedback & Vedantu came back positively to work on it & asked to change the course as an alternative. I opt for Demo sessions for 10 days, First time it shows the schedule under my login, however when I am clicking to the link to connect to the classes, it is dead link and not going to any class.

I have applied for kvpy sa crash course at vedantu but as the exam is canclled i asked them for refund of my 4800 rupees but from the last 1 and half month they are not refunding just acting like a fool. I mailed them too but not responding properly and if called coustmer care they are giving reasons

We have subscribed vedantu grade 7 pro classic 2022-23 and paid the full amount.My daughter is not able to concentrate and focus thr online lectures.So we arranged a dedicated offline class for her.
We are no longer going to use this course. We have tried calling Vedantu contact number ([protected]) but they refused to refund. Not providing any number to contact the senior people in Vedantu.

I connected with Vedantu in Dec 2020 when my daughter was in 9th grade to inquire about 10th grade.
Vedantu representative offered four years subscription from 9th to 12th including IIT JEE or NEET subscription for Rs. 73, 800/-.
While negotiating I told him that I need a subscription for the 10th as the 9th portion is already completed. However, the Rm convinced me that if we subscribe for the 9th to 12th plan we will have an option of choosing IIT Jee/ Neet.
When I objected as my daughter had not yet decided which field she would go for I was assured that after completion of the 10th Vedantu will provide an option to select between JEE / NEET. The salesperson also convinced me by saying 90% of students decide on the field after completion of the 10th board exams he further also told me that in case after completion of 10th grade we do not need the Vedantu subscription, in that case, a partial amount would be refunded hence I made the payment.
Now when I connected with Vedantu customer care Mr. Shankar Gavda is demanding Rs 43000 additional for the NEET subscription despite paying the entire amount.
As there is no one to hear my issue I am writing to you with the hope of getting justice in this misselling case.
Kindly assist in getting the NEET subscription for my daughter.

They sold me a course for ICSE 6th standard stating that their is new course starting from 6 june and there will be 2 classes daily and batch will start from 5:30 pm
But now they provided class schedule
Their is one class only on daily basis
That is some old batch they have put me in that batch now resolution from the company
No one listening and no refund they are giving

I paid 18000 for buy course but from last two days they don't provide class

I enrolled my son S.D.Roshan in vedantu for JEE entrance exam training. While enrolling they said it will also be useful for cracking 11th and 12th with good marks. But my son's performance had gone down comparatively. I paid 65, 000 for 2 years training package. He attended for 1 year and now we were not interested in continuing it, so I need a refund of rupees 30, 000 back as soon as possible.

I got my son Manthan Baddurkar enrolled in Vedantu 8th standard classes in Sept'21 with an intention to improve his performance but after getting enrolled with Vedantu, his perform got detreated and he got failed in school.

I joined vedantu from class 9th and I paid 2 years money to vedantu for 9th and 10th class. But now my 9th class is over but now, I don't want vedantu any more for my class 10th. So "PLEASE RETURN MY THIS 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION MONEY BACK". Please return fast!!!

We had a first hand bad experience with Vedantu. They enrolled my son for a wrong version (96 classes) of the Super Readers course, then after some classes, we realized in discussion with the counsellor that a shortened version of the course (60 classes) is the right one to go.

Priya Mangwani our counsellor advised to cancel, get refund, and re-enroll. I did the gig, and since 6 months waiting for refund. Tried contacting from...

I have paid the money 18th july, 2021 for my child..
But due to bad service..
I am following them...Since last more then 30 -days... But no one is responding... Even I have send the email with reminder-5... And more then 25- calls...During last 25-days
but all the times customer care saying you will get the call... But no one has called..

Lots of follow up has been done since last 30- days but no solution till now..

I on 25th September 2021, purchased Vedantu grade 13 NEET classic plan when vedantu councelor forced me and made false perception regarding quality of education provided by them .But, my experience regarding it not good, due to following reasons:
-Teaching interface is terrible, the way of teaching is not understandable by me, , teachers are wasting 70-80% time chatting with class and not teaching.
-Teaching quality is poor.
-Long time hours provided are not suitable, caused redness and inflammation of eyes.diagonosed with serious Computer Vision Syndrome(CVS)that can lead to permanent blindness i[censored]sage of phone is not stopped.
I had already made many requests regarding money refund, no reply from other side.
I expect my money return as soon as possible.

This is to bring into your notice that iam highly dis satisfied with the way of teaching and unprofessional behaviour of Ms Mausmi. I have waited so much to get the resolution to my problem but nothing helped..if guys were so confident that syllabus would be done in September but still teaching the chapters which is excluded by CBSE. Abhinav being in sales helped us throughout and still he is trying to do whatever he can but unfortunately things are not working as per my need and demand which was shared at the time of enrollment, there is no SAM or personal teacher for janya..if she is asking the doubts in class she is told to get connected with personal teacher but personal teacher never responded.

Without any further delay or discussion I want refund of fee which I paid with high hopes and thought Vedantu is going to help my child better than school or tuitions.

Kindly refund the money I don't want to continue with Vedantu.. being working mom I don't have much time to coordinate with so many people, I chose Vedantu as I had heard that it is one Stop solution for all academic concerns but since the time I have enrolled not even one session was fruit ful..my daughter just login and sit as she was told by one of your faculty that 75% of attendance is mandatory, just to fullfill the attendance she login but she does not understand anything.

The prm shikha yadav is the rudest one . And because of her I missed my classes n iam rite now without a prm

We withdrew from the reading program on the 6th of June 2021 after the 1st class, because the communication skills of the teacher and methodology was bad. I was promised a refund within 20 to 25 days. I have whatsapp messages from the employees of vedantu stating the same. But now after more than 45 days they are refusing to refund the money, and have not responded to my email. I just get one reply saying they will come back with a resolution, but they won't tell when they will get back, and are not giving the money.
Not one single phone call. I have been following up, and nobody wants to talk or email.
I just want the money back, because they promptly stopped the classes on the 6th, but kept the money. We have paid from my daughter's education fund, and the pandemic has hit our income very badly.

I once downloaded a pdf from their site and from that day they have been calling me non stop even after telling them I am not interested. They call around 6-7 times in a day if I dont pick up. It ia seriously irritating and very disturbing....

We paid Vedantu fees on 1.07.2021 for Rs, 27000 through credit card. I told Mr. Vaishnav Reddy, Executive of Vedantu We will listen classes from 4 PM to 6 PM and 5.07.2021 onwards. I was called many times and informed to Mr. Vaishnav Reddy till know I have not received any call from Students Manager. He told me that you will receive call on Monday. I Received call on Monday at 11.06AM from Mr. Siddhanth and he is telling your batch was changed from 7.30 PM to 5.00 PM. I told him Mr. Vaishnav reddy told me that classes will start at 4 PM.
and also, Mr. Siddhanth communicated me we are not at all conducting classes for 2 hours, It will one day 1 hour and some other day 2 hours. I told him to give back my money for that he is not accepting. Please help me out. I don't want to listen any classes.

Vedantu is continuously sending me messages about test every single minute . I deleted but still they r calling and sending messages about test and joing the vedantu pro course. Fed of this .

I had joined NEET 2021 Crash Course PCB in February 21st Batch and received the scheduled classes which commences from February 22nd till May 8th 2021 and classes were taken up by the enrolled course till March 8th 2021. In this duration I had faced an issue wherein the master teacher of the session had mentioned to watch the replay of the previous session held wherein it was my first day in the batch.

After that there were NO classes and there were no enrolled course scheduled sessions shown.

Then after several requests and multiple reminders, they have switched my batch to April 25th but the same problem has arised.

The problems being faced by me in the batch are :-
▪Lack of communication from Vedantu Care and Academic Counsellors side
▪ No proper response from Team leading to delay
▪ No resolution to doubts/problems raised
▪ Lack of service and support from Vedantu Care
▪ Vedantu App is lagging with bugs
▪ They are merging new batches with old batches
▪ Deviation from allotted course schedule
▪ My Academic Counsellor [Tanvi Jain] has refused helping me out and blocked my contact after enrolling me.
▪ No notifications/ updates are sent prior to the class
▪ Course is not upto the satisfactory and beneficial requirement( Unsatisfied)
▪ Chapters taught are being repeated and taken up again repetitively.
▪ In-class support is very less
▪ Scheduled class timings are being changed to inconvenient time slots without prior information as per their requirement
▪Overall there's no academic progress and improvement in my performance after taking up the crash course [ 0% benefit ]

I have communicated the same to Dr.Vani (HOD Biology) via telegram and CEO Mr.Vamsi Krishna, Pulkit Jain and Anand Prakash via mail. I request you to please look into this matter seriously, and kindly arrange for an refund of Rs.8000 paid by me. The matter is very serious.

We had taken a coding course in feb, daughter did not like it so we went ahead for cancellation. i had dropped a text to vighnesh, the student account manager. since then he stopped responding. i have been calling 4 5 times daily. everyone just says that I will get a callback and team is working on the same. i got a call from a lady named nagalaskhmi. she tried all possible ways to confuse me, later when I told her that I have proof, she stopped picking up my calls and responding too. everyday I call them but have got no resolution on mail or call. the child had just attended one lecture. not only the quality of education is third class but also the service. i am attaching few screenshots which show the unresponsive behavior of vedantu employees

Hi my daughter bought the pro plus subscription of vedantu of jee she received a call from a manager and he misguided her she said to wait for 20 days as I was out of station and was not able to contact them but the counsellor made her pay saying that within 2 days new batch will start and all that she has to pay
She paid without my knowledge and studied for around 15 days she was not sure that If she would science she is preparing for upsc recently we asked vedantu to refund the amount after cutting the charges they charge but they are like that can't be refunded so we rather asked to convert it into class 7 it's been 3 days and no response has been given everytime they say in the morning will do in the evening . 18k is no small amount we want the money refunded after the charger being deducted.

I have raised complaint with Vedantu in February since my Daughter failed in 9th Standard due to poor feedbacks and Coaching from Vedantu.

As committed to me, i have requested refund and i was committed in writting from Vedantu on giving regular feedback. I had raised complaint in April again for non receipt of Feedback and as committed they were not suppose to Change SAM which wihtin a period of one Month we received email...

A company like Vedantu is not committed to their terms as they booked the slot but not provided services.

2. When I asked for discount than told go for VSAt test than scholarship amount will be reduced from 95, 000 - VSAT%.

3. After getting scholarship the amount is 95, 000 -40% = 57, 000 Approx.

4. But very unfortunate he is asking mire than 57, 000 Rs.
