I want to rise a complain due to their non responsive behavior towards my query. I have purchased the NEET crash course offline on March 13th. At that time, the course price was Rupees 19, 249 . The classes are supposed to start at March 15th. But due to some reason, the classes started at April 8th and the fees reduced to 4999 Rupees. And the important point is that, the fees we paid was not directly in vedantu website rather to mentor's account as she insisted. So now as the fees reduced . We asked our mentor [ Agalya Nadarajan ] about the reduced classes durations and course fees. She said that she mailed the management and called manager and he said that it will be refunded. But after that day no one cared about the refund issue. And we were ignored continuously. The course ended on May 2, 2025. Till now there is no reply from our mentor.
To remind her, we called her on 11th June, and asked her about the refund issue. She said, that she got the reply for the mail and it will be refunded soon . And she gave her manager number too. But there is no response from him too.
Today the date is 21st of June, till now no response from both of them.
THE REFUND AMOUNT IS 14249 Rupees.
