I have ordered a saree in vediksaree.com on Aug 10th. It was a prepaid order and I paid Rs.849. I didnt receive the product and i dont have any information regarding the product. Received the message on the same day after the payment is made saying your order is confirmed and you will receive updates on your order details. But there is no progress and no order received. Tried to contact them through the email and phone number given. No one is available.
I need my payment refund.
