Vediksaree.com — they took money but got delivered a fake products those not even worth of 100rs

I bought a khadi cotton saree for 849rs in Vedik saree and I received a parcel with a cloth which cannot be used as a saree at all. The one i got is not khadi cotton, it is cheap quality rayon or silk type, I cannot use this for anything. I lost my money and the product delievered was not the one requested for. I ordered saree and i got a cloth material which is of waste material. Attaching the product image. This is a fraud website and I tried reaching out to them through call and email, none responded. I need refund for my purchase. My order number is 212191. Anyhow, I am escalating the concern in various forums and definitely they will get the punishment if I am not getting my refund back.

On 12th August, 2020, I ordered for two cotton sarees in vedik saree page, vediksarees.com worth Rs. 849/- each, total for Rs. 1, 698/-. It was a prepaid ORDER #213153.

Immediate after placing the above order with vedik sare I received email from Vedik Saree ([protected]@gmail.com) in respect of Order Summary as follow :-

I also raised a query in the website page for which there is no response . Somehow, I searched a contact number [protected] in google search. On enquiring on contact number [protected] one Mr. Ravishastri, on behalf of Vedik Saree, Kolkatta informed me that the order has been cancelled, the money would be refunded. He asked me to add their app and then the money will be refund to me. Then he send me a format in which he asked details like – Customer name, Amount, Debit card number, expirty date, CVV number and registered mobile number to submit. Immediately after checking sms I realised that Vedik Saree is a fraud. They take my card details and its cheating. After warning him that I am going to complaint in Cyber Crime, he disconnects the phone. I was cautious in not sharing my card details. After a few days they delivered a Packet mentioning wrong Order number and completely different product which is of cheap quality clothes and wrong product, wrong colour, wrong descriptive clothes.

Completely fradulent and they are cheating buyers . I wish to sue then through consumer Court or Cyber Crime Cell.
BIG FRAUD COMPANY.

They advertise good sarees and after payment, they send wrong packages.
WE need to find a way to sue this company.
Many are getting cheated.
I am sure these people will be repeating this to gain more money from innocent people by taking card details.
