Hello Sir,
I had log a complaint for repairing my Vediocon washing machine.since from last 5month we are facing problem
they have charged Rs 480 as the service charges and told me that somebody will come to pick the washing machine, it will go for repair and will be back in 3 to 4days.But since then no body has turned up and even hey are not picking up phone .If they can not do their job they should return the service charges atleast.and aslo they had taken our motherboard.
I am really very disappointed by their responce.Pls take strict action against them. Was this information helpful? |
