It is very unfortunate experience to have a after sales service of vediocon led tv. Panel broken by service technician i have lodged the complain of 55 inch led t.V for usb not working vide complain no. Gha [protected] dated 01/11/2016. The technician visited my premisis and told us that it is on chargable basis but as i have purchase this product on 10/09/15 from m/s vijay sales with three yrs warranty. For this reason only we have to lodge two more complains vide no. Gha[protected] dated 16/11/16 and gha[protected] dated 28/11/16. After argument they asked to visite their service centre at lohia nagar. We took the tv to their service centre and while opening/repairing the tv they have broken the panel. Not admiting that they have broken the panel and started abusing the person who took the tv to their service centre. Again the complain was lodge by handy home regarding the same vide complain no gha[protected] dated 07/12/16, gha[protected] dated [protected] and gha[protected] dated 31/12/16 but still unresolved. Vediocon d2h has a worst service and not providing any service this company has only one moto that how to collect money from customer and how to cheat customer . so i request that don't purchase set up box of vediocon d2h .
