I have 2 connections and long term customer with a specific package. Now gradually one by one, you are withdrawing channels contrary to contracted package. This is breach of contract for which i paid annual charges.
Now fade up with your policy, i want to save myself from getting into financial trap.
My present balance is around rs 6 thousand 4 hundred odd. I want to know after surrendering, in how many days you will give my refund. I want to switch over to tata sky as it honours it's contract.
