Hi this is pranesh a vichare,
recently i did my first trip with veena world to kashmir
package name was highlights of kashmir
it cost for 1, 30, 000 approx for 3 people
as i m not alone i desided for group tour and me my wife and my 6 year son started the trip on 22nd jan 2023
the first day : at shikara stay dal lake mountview house boat
the stay was terrible as it was not at all maintained and the food they served has a smell due to oil they have used to prepare is not so fresh or reused
second day :
pehalgam
it is a very good day and a great hotel mountview we all enjoyed
amazing stay view is so good location of hotel mountview is perfect
third day :
this is the day when all started
we checked inn to
hotel new park opposite to ghat no 9
dal lake srinagar
the room was ok
the food was disaster as my wife noticed insect flies in dinner kheer my son got 2 vomiting and food poison due to eating that unhygenic food
one more family had food poison in our group
mrs nakhare
we told hotel and tour managers mr sarvesh joshi and mr subodh jadhav
they escalated to hotel
management and they assured it will not happen again
day 4
this day another couple found same insect flies in vegetable gravy
this is not acceptable and we told our tour managers we will not eat in this disaster hotel
they said its happening first time but i m very sure this hotel is running only by veena world tour as no one will stay here management is so rude and arogant they dont care of customers
day5
finally we desided not to eat in this hotel and we did not had our breakfast to let our managers and hotel management know they are not doing right with us
but nobody cares as we were only 6 to 8 o[censored]s in group who took this stand to spear out whats wrong
( vichare family, kulkarni family, ramani family )
in afternoon
we all desided we wil not have lunch at this hotel and will go somewhere outside so we told our tour managers and dropped messege in our tour wats app group
we are going out for lunch as we cant tolarte this anymore
one more family dhabholkar joined us and we 11 members went to welcome hotel next to this new park hotel
and we truly enjoyed the lunch thanks to hotel welcome for their hygenic and tasty food
at night then we had small meeting
with all tour members what is their opinion on hotel new park unhygienic food, we found everyone has the same opinion but they were quite but when asked to speak on this everyone shared their opinion and then unitedly we all 24 members desided not to eat dinner and next day breakfast we informed this to sarvesh n subodh our tour managers,
they escalated this to veena world management as they saw all 24 members cant be wrong and by no choice they arranged alternate hotel batra for dinner and next day breakfast
the dinner is hygenic and tasty all enjoyed this is what we expexted but 3 days we suffured alot in new park hotel
day 6: return day to mumbai
we had breakfast at batra
its again amazing
why not arranged our stay at batra hotel its such a nice hotel to stay and food just to save money veena world is playing with people lifes
don't take people lifes so lightly
its a serious matter
we had this last 3 days terrible experience and by paying such huge amount for trip we dont expect this kind of food and service
we want our 3 days hotel and food stay refund and veena world should take this note and make necessary changes and give good hotels and services to its customers
