My parents recently travelled to Europe with Veena world. The service provided right from the beginning was very unprofessional. The team made spelling mistakes while filling in my parents visa forms.
On the tour, the tourist guide (Name: Rajaram Gawas) was super rude, unprofessional and manhandled most of the tourists, especially those who are senior citizens.

Kashmir is heavenly beautiful . First two days were amazing.Tour managers were best at their work. The only complain we had was about Hotel new park, Srinagar. Service as well as food was worse.Kheer had foul odour, roti was uncooked. Many instances of flies and worms were caught. The same thing was repeated next day inspite of complaining hotel manager. i returned from the Kashmir highlights tour of veena world and i had the most horrendous experience.
The itinerary was not followed, food, hotels were unhygienic, proper transport not provided as mentioned to us while booking the tour.

Pathetic service by veena world.
Hotels were cheap and substandard. Food provided during travel was unhygienic. Even after raising issue several times by every guest, no changes at further destinations.

Seniors' Special Europe - EUZE300620/A/2 - suppose to go on 30th june 2020, Entire amount of Rs. 4, 54, 000/- was paid in Sept 2019, when the tour got cancelled due to pandemic, Veena travel has asked for transfer charges of Rs. 16K or cancellation charges of 90K, this sheer harassment of Senior Citizens, they do not wish to transfer the trip nor cancel it from their end else they will end up paying huge cancellation charges.

charges against deviation and rescheduling during covid-19

During this time when everyone has waived off cancellation and rescheduling charges, veena world tour operator is charging rescheduling charges as much as 30-40 thousand per person. All airlines and tourist spots are allowing rescheduling without any charges. They are not transparent in their dealings. They are not sharing details of the so called advance payments made.

We had paid out entire amount for a tour with veena world on 24 th february 2020.
I brought the issue of coronavirus to them via email on 5th march 2020, and via telephone on 4th march 2020. Still 41 days were left for the tour at that time

I booked my thailand trip with veena world and paid inr1, 67, 000 in full. Till i made my payment, everything was moving forward positively. After my payment was processed and amount was deducted, i received a call from veena world representative mehul ghate mentioning that the trip will not be operated. We went for egypt mmey260319. We were 40 people. During hot air balloon rid e we were divided in 2 gp. 18 people in one basket and 22 in another. Our tour manager was in gp. Of22. We (Myself and my husband were in 18 people gp. After the ride, tour manager nilesh joshi gave the certificates to all except we two. I asked him about that. He was telling lie that you were in different gp. But i saw him giving the certificates to people in our gp. And again he is telling lie that he did not give it. This is not fair. It is the responsibility of veena world that everyone should get the certificates.

Very bad experience we had in Rajastan mewaad tour. disgusting period of travailing & moving to the places. specially last day from Udaypur to mount abu 5 hours travel & the places was very worst. not worth. also while return driver had fever & he stopped bus on highway. no other option veena world provided us. no customer care service as no one has received our call. Manager was childish & not ready to take other decision. he was irresponsible. one & half hour we wait in night for restart the bus. everything was nonsense. also what is the point in last day travel by bus from Udaypur to Ahemadabad? last day also veena world not allowed us to take rest. 7hrs journey we spent for no reason.

european delight book for november 9th 2018
Myself nivedita from bangalore, i had made payment for europe trip (Eudl) europe delight for november 9th month from the bangalore branch, before making me and my husband had decided not to fall prey for cancellation charges and stuff so we decided together and we spoke to mr kinjal from bangalore team.. We clearly asked him as to how many days prior are we suppose to make payment for the trip so that there is no cancellation charges in case the visa rejects. He told us 2 months prior is more than enough to make payment but we decided to make payment 3 months prior and did the payment of 3, 17, 000. August 10 the payment was done and the visa appointment was given on august 27. Mr. Siddhesh took so many days to verify our documents. We submitted all our documents and we kept of asking mr kinjal if there are any chances of visa getting rejected and he clearly told us all the documents are clear and there are no chances of it getting rejected but unfortunately visa got rejected.
The main reason why the visa got rejected was the bank statement wasn’t consistent with the income we get. Before our visa got rejected mr. Siddhesh from visa team went through our bank statement and he only declared our income as 42000. Why did he put a wrong income after going through the bank statement. Second reason, just the previous day of going to vfs in bangalore we met kinjal and showed all the documents we were going to submit and he told us that all the documents are right and we will get visa for sure but why did he fail to mention us to submit the property documents in that and that’s the second reason why visa got rejected.
After visa got rejected we wanted details for keeping the money for future trip and also details about of refund money. So kinjal told us that maithili will be coordinating with us further but we sadly she did not call us even a single time to inform us. We were really shocked by the customer service since it this field is based in customer satisfaction. Everyday i kept on calling kinjal for the updates but he kept on pushing days and giving excuses. This happened for a long time. Meanwhile i directly called up veena world office and mandar shastry came in contact and he took 2 week to give me updates but he really couldn’t help and ended giving my case to ishitha. Meanwhile i kept on explaining everyone my situation from office. Ishita took time to revert and had asked me some time and after given time also she took so many days and every time i called up office i used to get two excuses when i asked for ishita.”she is either in the meeting or she is not at the desk” these were the reasons i used to get and every time i used to call using different names then she use to answer my call. One final day after literally forcing and asking her about my cancellation she charges.. She told about the charges and then i wasn’t really satisfied with the cancellation amount and in between this i kept on asking everyone that i wanted someone to understand my situation and revert back but none really took responsible i have never come across such a careless customer service. I was literally in shock. I went into trauma and depression handling all this. I will never be able to come out of this situation ever. They deducted 40000₹ from the total trip cost and they have refunded the rest but my concern is the primary reason for all this sad situation is veena world team but why have the deducted 40k when i am nowhere at the fault. I really hope sending this mail to you will make difference. Kindly help us. We need justice!

I booked 14 days europe tour through Veena World Thane office. They asked me to transfer the money--5 LACS through NEFT. As soon as i transferred the money they call and tell the tour is cancelled. Most un professional & un ethecial. Now i dont know when they will return my money

We a group of 31 tourists under tour code asshhq31118/a tour (Singapore-hong kong and macau).
Had the most terrible and disappointing experience of holidays with veena world.
1. On arriving at singapore airport at 9 am, we were told to freshen up at the airport washrooms itself and then taken to a local restaurant for breakfast, which served us with the most pathetic menu and food. From there we were taken for the city tour it was not before 4 pm that we were taken to the hotel where we could acutally freshen up and change.
2. There was no coordination and communication with the tour management and the tour manager. Most of the tour manager himself/herself was not aware of the local place to guide us and show us the places of importance.
3. The planning and time management was terrible, we spend most of our holiday either waiting for transit or in transit. We had a couple of sr. Citizens as well as kids also in the group and such erratic transit schedule delayed the meal timings erratically putting all o[censored]s into a lot of discomfort. There were times when meals were provided after every 2 hours or else were made to starve for 6 hrs.
4. After all the delay and waiting, if the food served is good, the waiting is worthwhile, but here that also was atrocious.
5. The kind of itinerary planned and showed to us before the trip was very attractive, but actually what was given to us was a very raw deal. Nobody will need a guided tour company like veena world to show them around market places and to take a metro ride at their own cost.
6. As mentioned earlier the time planning was very very poor, and so was the tour planning. So much of waiting and walking etc was scheduled into the planning that members were exhausted and were not able to enjoy the place and the holiday.
We had booked for the holiday trip to distress and enjoy, but sad to say that the trip has left us more stressed and tired and dissatisfied. It was a pure waste of time and money.

My family had booked euro tour from borivli branch for the month of august, the attendants never bothered to update us regarding the status of the tour unless we called multiple number of times.
We faced visa issues as well, my family wasn't informed that the visa dates has been changed, they were half hour way through the embassy.
In the tour extra cost of 30 eur per member was taken saying their tour bus had been cancelled due to flight delays.. This is illogical, since we pay for the entire tour so we expect the bookings to be done accordingly.
On the last day of the tour to munich they were just taken to a market area and asked to roam around. The itenary suggested city tour in munich, which never happened, instead they were just taken to a market area and do shopping and roam around.
When we call the tour agents, they do not pick up our calls or simply cut the calls when they hear our name now.
We go for tour travels to avoid any hassle in the travel. What the use of tour agents if we face all these issues. And the response is not even good at all. Very unhappy with the way my family had to go through

total mismanagement and guests are taken for granted
We have booked tour for Amritsar, Dalhousie, Dharamshala for next week
i.e. April 9, 2018 to April 19, 2018.
At the time of booking we have told the flight timings as Indigo 6E-453
departure from Mumbai 10:45AM and arrival to Amritsar at 13:10PM. This
was direct flight and very much convenient for us. Looking this timings we had
booked this tour in January - 2018.
Now just 5 days before they are informing us that due to Airline problem now
the flight schedule has change. As per new timings we have to reach airport
on Sunday night at 10:30pm - Flight to Delhi will be at 00:15am - we have to
take halt at Delhi airport and connecting flight will be at 5:15am - reaching to
Amritsar in the morning at 6:25am.
Veena World has booked our tickets in November 2017 - This is clearly mention on the ticket and now they are saying that this changes has happen
now by airline.
We are totally aware that VEENA world is bluffing - they were well aware of this mess - Now we have checked and found that Airvistara and Spicejet flight are available for the same timings and even seats are available. These are also direct flight. - We are continuously contacting Veena World people but not getting any proper reply.
We are facing such problems at the Starting of our tour only - God knows what will happen in the next week during this Tour - As per have already paid

It seems this is usual practice for this company as staff is very much cool on our complaints and they are just ignoring us or misguiding us.
This is our last tour with this company and surely will tell all our friends and relatives to avoid traveling with this THIRD class VEENA WORLD. This company is cheater and only collecting money from people - not giving any good service at all.
i.e. April 9, 2018 to April 19, 2018.
At the time of booking we have told the flight timings as Indigo 6E-453
departure from Mumbai 10:45AM and arrival to Amritsar at 13:10PM. This
was direct flight and very much convenient for us. Looking this timings we had
booked this tour in January - 2018.
Now just 5 days before they are informing us that due to Airline problem now
the flight schedule has change. As per new timings we have to reach airport
on Sunday night at 10:30pm - Flight to Delhi will be at 00:15am - we have to
take halt at Delhi airport and connecting flight will be at 5:15am - reaching to
Amritsar in the morning at 6:25am.
Veena World has booked our tickets in November 2017 - This is clearly mention on the ticket and now they are saying that this changes has happen
now by airline.
We are totally aware that VEENA world is bluffing - they were well aware of this mess - Now we have checked and found that Airvistara and Spicejet flight are available for the same timings and even seats are available. These are also direct flight. - We are continuously contacting Veena World people but not getting any proper reply.
We are facing such problems at the Starting of our tour only - God knows what will happen in the next week during this Tour - As per have already paid

We are utterly displeased with veena world officials as they aren’t responding to any of our queries regarding their ignorance of the visa rules of the tour and are demanding more money for the same, wherein we have the required amount in full before almost two months. Their proposal included visa fees and allied expenses then also they are demanding the fees separately. We are confused what “ inclusive of all” means! No senior official is ready to clarify the matter. We are quite annoyed with blatant disregard of our attempts to contact them. Why should we suffer from their ignorance??!

mismanagement
This was my first trip with veena (Gujrat highlights). But i am very disappointed with mismanagement and tour guides. Traveller bus was very problematic. Management was bizarre. Tour guides were incompetent and amateurish. I am going to give just 1.5 star out of 5 for the hotels. Again, not all the hotels were good (Ahmadabad hotel was awful). If you need, i can give each and every detail for my disappointment with veena, but it could take pages (And probably no one is going to read that). Overall, big discontent for this trip.

rajasthan mewar tour 26th december 2017 onwards

We (Narendra parpudi and family) have booked for rajasthan tour - mevad.. Right now, we are at last leg of our tour and we just checked in to ibis hotel in jaipur city... Ironically, all o[censored]s were put on to smoking floor rooms. Let me remind you we have small kids with us and we all have to bear with passive smoking all night.. We have booked the tour well in advance for you give any reason for your failure to provide a non smoking room. I m not sure if the mistake is from the management or of tour manager, this negligence cannot be tolerated from your end..
