I approached Veena World expecting professional assistance with flight bookings, hotel arrangements, and visa support. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations.
From the outset, the staff appeared disengaged and showed little interest in understanding my travel requirements. I knew how important it was to make early bookings as the travel plan was to view a once in a century event (Astronomical) from outside of India.
Basic questions were met with vague or minimal responses, and there was no proactive effort to offer guidance or options. The interaction felt transactional and dismissive rather than consultative, something that is particularly concerning for a service-oriented business.
After my few follow-ups they expressed their inability to do the hotel booking. That was shocking from perspective of a travel company!!
So, I managed it myself just in time. I still approached them for further assistance and they said they do not do such partial assistance and I should look elsewhere.
Travel planning often involves significant time, money, and trust. A lack of attentiveness and customer focus at the initial stage raises serious concerns about the reliability of their services overall.
I strongly believe that Veena World needs to reassess its approach to customer engagement and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident recommending their services. Was this information helpful? |
