Veer Zaara — i ordered 3 kitties and 1gown. but i received very cheap quality series.

I orders 3 kitties and one gown on beers are website. I choose cash on delivery. Today i received my orderd i pay rs 2048. When i opend the pack i was shocked to see the products.in 4 packets all very cheep quality series. It's prices maximum 200 rs. It's fraud. I try to customer care number but no body answer my phone. Please try to solve my issue.
