Veer Zaara Shopping Site — wrong parcel received

Received a wrong parcel with 3 cheap quality lining material instead of lehenga and kurti. Paid cash rs 1402 on delivery to govt postman and later when i opened parcel i found being cheated. I called customer care but it's always busy and not able to reach executives. I called on another 2 nos and they asked for card details and i gave. Fortunately i changed card details of icici bank to yesbank in which i had only rs 140. This fraudster insisted to give icici details only which i denied to give. I asked for refund through paytm or send cheque. He asked me to download anydesk app which i denied. Later i scolded him that first you sent wrong product and now you asking card details to pull all my money. He immediately cut the phone listening to this.
Pls help me in getting my refund as its my hard earned money. Also penalise veerzara shopping site with heavy penalty for cheating hundreds of indians.
