Vehicle Care India — fraud on car service

I have been approached by one person named 'kunal' number +91 [protected] on 05 april 2019 at around 10:34am for car services at home with some very excited offers. He claimed to be working in vehicle care who provides car services at home. As per discussion address provided was 10/57, opposite sd public school, sector 2 noida, 201301.

They have given me one package wherein they comiited to provide me 2 car services with dry cleaning and 7 gift items and 25% cash back after payment. The same is communicated through watsup (+91 [protected]) and email ([protected]@gmail.com) for which i have proof and phone recording as well.

They have continously follow up and shared the website as well which is http://www.vehiclecareindia.com/ and landline number [protected] and[protected]

Basis the details shared over email, watsup i have taken package of inr 6000 inclusive taxes. On which they committed me to provide 7 gifts (I have photos) and 25% cash back (Watsup proof). I had made payment of inr 6000 on 08th april 2019 at 12:05pm through my paytm number ([protected]) having order id[protected].

After payment i got call from their landline number ([protected]) to validate the details on 08th april 3:00pm.

That was the last call i received from them. After that no one is picking up call or replying over watup msg. Even i have sent an email dated 12 april 2019 at 10:56am on support email id given on website which is [protected]@vehiclecareindia.com but received no response till date.

Now the wats up number of kunal is also coming switched off and no one is picking up landline number or responding over email. I have not received any services or cash back or gife items as committed to me and i have proff of the same.

Sir, request you to trace this fraud company and kunal to arrange my money back. They might be cheating others as well in same manner and urgent action is required to save public.
