This email describes a complaint about the “Velammal Vidhyashram CBSE School” located at Padappai, Kanchipuram (Dist.), Tamil Nadu.
My name is Prabhakaran R and working as an Engineer in a private company. My both son were studied in Velammal Vidhyashram CBSE School, Padappai.
I have paid their school fees (including book fees and tuition fees) earlier this year for the academic year 23-2024. Please refer below paid fees details.
Unfortunately, I have to move outside of country with family due to my work purpose. So I have approached the school to refund the reasonable amount from the paid fees.
I have reached out to school principal (Hemanth Asher) and couple of ACO madam (Aarthi and Hemavathi) May 2023 (almost 6 months) and still they are not providing the refund.
I reached out them multiple times via WhatsApp call and message, they are not replying to me. Looks like they are trying to cheat me/parents like this.
I am very much mentally disturbed and stressful due to this for last 5 months. They are treating parents like a beggar after the school fees paid.
I request you to take immediate action and help me get my money back as soon as possible.
