I have visited Velammal vidhyashram surapet campus for new admissions for my son and daughter. I have filled the application form by paying 1400 rupees in cash. Right from day one the attitude of the person handling admission is not right. She is very rude and the way she answers parents questions are unacceptable. I cancelled the admission because of the rude and harsh behaviour of person sitting in front office (Kausalya and another lady, name not known)
If velammal continues to keep such people in front office, 100% sure that velammal will see a huge decline in admission,

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Son studied 2023 to 2024 in Velammal Newgen school at surapet UKG. I have plan to move my native place tirunelvel due to family issue, so i have requested TC at school. The principal is not talking polite and way of speaking not good. I have paid all amount, there is no due.
Velammal school is always number one, this is my first time i am facing problem.
Kindly note talk with parents politely because they are paying money for study. There is no free study.
And do not reduce your institute reputation.

This email describes a complaint about the “Velammal Vidhyashram CBSE School” located at Padappai, Kanchipuram (Dist.), Tamil Nadu.
My name is Prabhakaran R and working as an Engineer in a private company. My both son were studied in Velammal Vidhyashram CBSE School, Padappai.
I have paid their school fees (including book fees and tuition fees) earlier this year for the academic year 23-2024....

I studied in Velammal bodhi campus, ponneri, repeating neet for one more year. After 3 weeks from the date of joining, I had to leave the academy due to health issues. I had paid 2 lakhs initially and I was just there for only 3 week, so I asked for a minimum refund but they were negotiating.

My son completed JKG in velammal vidhayashram padur branch . before start of SKG, i paid the full term fee due to sudden transfer of my job I want to move to Abroad so I asked for refund of money and transfer certificate. Counselor helping for transfer certificate and she said refund will take time . so kindly refund the money as soon as possible so that I can start my journey

As I paid the full term fee before the school starts .Due to sudden transfer to abroad, my son not able to continue his studies . so I asked for transfer certificate and refund .His counselor helping us for transfer certificate. But they said refund takes more time . kindly take steps to refund the money as soon as possible.

My son prashith was studying in velammal surapet school, since my job shift i have decided to change of my son school. We have approached the school for getting TC before class starting for the academic year. During march'23.
But they denied to give tc since have to pay 23000rupees. Really it is huge amount for my family, but am request to reduce amount but they denied,

Kindly request to resolve the issues for getting TC without any additional charges

I have been worked as a Varna Trainer & Handwriting trainer from 20th January 2021 to 21st July 2022 under GPS-Velammal.I did'nt get my salary amount 49, 025/-
( 42, 025(Varna) + 7000(Handwriting) till now. So please release the salary amount as soon as possible.Because I need the fund for very important medical need, please look into the matter seriously and release the payment before march end as it is delayed already 1 year .I feel so helpless and frustrated.Pls do needful .I will be thankful to you.

We are the parent of the velammal new gen school tiruvottiyur branch. Periodic assessment question paper has been leaked by the teachers of your school. For what purpose you people are conducting the exams??. There is no use of it. Treat every students equally. Kindly keep retest truly. We didn't expect this type of worst behavior from the velammal. We hereby attested the questions given by the teacher pls check...

The private school Teachers life is pathetic nowadays everywhere especially I have a very much bad experience at Velammal Bodhi Campus, where the students are constantly harassed to study & to score Toppest Marks. They are also blaming only the parents that they are only forcing their childrens to put in the school for 7 days and study to achieve Top Marks to be No.1 in the world. I am really sorry for all the parents who are harassing their childrens also not to harass their own childrens to go to school 7 days & 24X7. As per Indian Labour Law itself, we are suppose to work 40 hrs per week in which you have to give rest to your mind & body. But Velammal has put the rules to come at 7:15 am to 6 pm which is 70+hrs to study as well as give home works also every evening tremendous work pressure. My questions are given below;

1. What are the feedback from the parents genuinely?
2 Is really parents are pressurizing their own children's to visit school all the days & Study 24X7 ?
3. The above are exemption for IIT Students as well as coach. As IIT Passed out students get 8 Crores CTC for that everyone is fighting to get the money.
4. is there any Law for Private School Teachers to pay properly? For PG Teachers with 5-7 Years experience? how much CBSE school can pay?

If any one knows the answer, you can share the same. Let us give the reply atleast to the school Management to know what is around them.

This is parent of a primary student from Tilak wing, Velammal Vidhyashram, Surapet.

Few wings are very proactive while other wings students are not allowed/ given a chance to participate in anything.
This leads to their friends actively participating in all different contests, quizzes, assembly and events while Tilak wing doesn't even hold any programmes.

While the fee amount throught the school is same there is so much difference in education provided within the school.
The teachers themselves especially the English teacher themselves are not proficient enough in English. And the bathrooms are very untidy mostly only in this wing . Please do consider this seriously and do needful.

Im Pemila M(Pragathi.P /1st D sec), Pragathi's Mother.On 30 March 2022, Through Velammal Portal I had paid application fees around Rs.722.7.But, Ms Kousalya(Velammal Staff) said she didt recieve the amount and so I paid hot cash .I enquired my bank they said they passed the amount.For the past 3 months, I am enquiring about the refunded amount there was not valid reason from your management staff.I have attached my bank statement that they passed amount to your bank and also sent to kousalya twice. For the past 3 month, Ms.Kousalaya(Velammal Staff) said they will enquire.Still i did not get the amount.Kindly take necessary steps.For you kind reference I have attached my bank statement slip.Since this amount will not adjust with term fees.Please, kindly provide me the amount as soon as possible.

I'm abi ponneri velammal matric hr.sec.school pt staff. My pf account attandance problem pf office rejected. But school management not response and not sollution problem ... ponneri school worst management

They assured to refund my daughter ( B Jaya shivani Grade I ) term fees still They didn't.

Dear sir / madam
I am parent of ward studying in 3rd standard, Netaji wing, surapet. For past one week there is change in disbursal pattern. Which is very much difficult for kids to handle their bags, lunch bags under hot sun light for more than half hour. Kids are not potential to carry heavy luggage bags. Moreover from our residence, we are picking up 4 wards from Netaji, bharathi and tilak wing. How our driver will go to pick 4 different kids from 4 different gates. Humble request is to change the system to past method. Its very difficult for parents to pick the wards if more than one kid studying in same school campus.

I am Arjun Nelapati, Former physics faculty of Velammal vidhyashram.

I gave three months' proper notice and was relieved from the organisation according to the process.

In my relieving letter it is mentioned that dues will be settled within 45 days. It's been 9 months, Till now no update regarding final settlement.

No one is responding, neither HR nor Heads.

Recently we have been affected by Covid, Its become difficult to survive.

I am not asking for arrears, I am just asking for the money which you have deducted from my monthly salary since 2017.

Please do the needful sir.

All other schools are opened after government have informed to open the school from 1st nov 2021 .

But velammal school is still saying the reason due to covid it will be decided only by 1st week of december

i think maintainence charges, current bill, salaries of teacher are saved very much due to this .

So i think they are playing games .

I strongly object this kind of act

My child studied in velammal vidhyashram Guduvancherry - 5th STD.
I requested Transfer certificate for my child to move to another school on 24.04.2021. There is no notification from school side regarding issuance of TC as they will notify normally. But the principle is demanding for 1st term fees for next academic year to provide the TC request form stating that it is the school management policy.

Then on 7.05.2021...

Respected sir my child joined lkg in vellamal vidhyasharam in padappai in other vellamal schools they r providing one time payement but in padappai no that facelity please add that facility like other vellamal school i speak with school they telling one year scheme and three year scheme only avalable but no one explaind the fees deatiles they show the term fees list only soi paid 33thousand fees and book fees 4000 but now i tack with management no one explaind me obout one year and three year payemet if they explaind i will paid full amount but now only i got message by my frnd i am ready to pay full payement but they r not accepting they telling u paid sir next year u can join in that scheme please take my complaint iam ready to pay full payment in school not accepting me to pay fees

I don't want to share details, where these school cornering the students, when we raise compliant against teacher. Now if I raise principal totally my child Life they keep dark in studies, as this type of issues, need to be pluck on initial stage

I request group to teach mannerism to pudur principal how to behaviour to student parents, he don't have mannerism.
