Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd — Delivery man asked extra Rs 50 service charge to deliver PAN Card

My daughter J. Suthana applied for PAN Card. Today[protected] the said courier company Madurai, Tamilnadu delivery man asked Rs 50/- Extra as a delivery charge. I refused give the extra charges. So he going without deliver my PAN Card. The Airway Bill Number [protected]
