[Resolved] Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd — Pan card courier not delivered | |
The company is highly irresponsible on account of delivery services, as even after providing an accurate information regarding my residence, they failed to deliver my pan card to now n text me on my number incomplete address. When i tried to contact the number provided by the company, they failed to pick my call up as the contract number provided to me by the courier services is always switched off. My pan card has not delivered. But the tracking shows that it was delivered on Saturday. Till Monday I didn't receive any calls regarding courier
My pan card is not delivered but in the delivery status it's showing it has already been delivered. I don't know where these stupid guys have delivered it. Please help me. My AWB number is [protected]
