Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd — Not received the PAN card

I am p. Satyanarayana and I have applied for a new pan card. The NSDL dispatched it on May 2. And from may 7 it is stuck in Kukatpally office. The numbers are switched off. My AWB no is [protected]. How do I get the pan card delivered to my address. Try to do needful.
And I have also seen there are so many complaints Registered with this service company. Why can't the IT department take a serious note and change the courier service because it is a very painful situation for so many people.
