Dear sir,
My pan card was despatched from nsdl office on 31st jul 2020 by velex courier pvt ltd. (Awb no. [protected]). On 12th aug 2020 it's showing delivered, but i did not receive the same also the person's name showing at the place of recipient is completely unknown to us.
I tried to contact velex logistics (Kerry indev) several times but no one answers the call. I've also wrote several mails but again, no reply.
Kindly look into the matter as this kind of sensitive documents can be misused.
