My friends newly generated PAN card was dispatched by NSDL through Velex Logistics. He received a SMS from NSDL about the details and AWB Number on 14-october-2022. Since its been more than a week, i thought i will check online about my courier. When we checked, it shows that it has been already delivered. It is very strange because he has not received that yet. When I am reading about that courier company, I see many people have raised their complaints. Why is NSDL not taking any action against this courier company.
Request you to take necessary action against Velex Logistics and please deliver my friends PAN Card to him.
