Hello, i applied for new PAN card on 18th Dec 2021 and PAN dispatched on 20-Dec-2021 by VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier vide airway bill no. [protected].As per the tracking the PAN was supposed to deliver on or after 29th Dec 2021 but it was surprise that the PAN was sent back by Velex to their Hyderabad office on 1st Jan without informing the reason for sending back the PAN.
I tried to reach the Velex logistics in Visakhapatnam and no one gives response for 3 days on the reason for not delivering the PAN at my home. I would like the NSDL team to take strong action against Velex logistics(refer complaints online on the service) and change the logisctics service to India Speed post which is more reliable than private sectors.
