Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have not received my pan card yet which shipment was arrival on 17/10/2022 my nearest branch. When I tracked the delivery status on courier service website today 19/10/2022 and it says your shipment is delivered on ( 18/10/2022 ), but no courier agent came to deliver to me yesterday ( 18/10/2022 ) .
