Velex Logistics Pvt. Ltd. — worst service and very rude behavior of delivery man | |||
I got a massage from vm-kerrye on 09/08/19, saying that "dear customer, your shipment from kotak bank sent through kerry indev express, awb:[protected], is out for delivery today. Call: kerry indev express - [protected]". After that i got a call from [protected], asking me the location for delivery. After getting the location the delivery man told me he is not able to reach me due to the servicing approach road. After informing a substitute road, he told me the packaging will be delivered by next day on 10/08/19. But he returned the package to its origin. When i called him for the status of my package, he misbehave with me and also told me that 'i can complain, he has no problem'. My question is what kind of people u hired for such a important public servicing business? Was this information helpful? | |||
