PAN card which was supposed to be delivered on 3 Nov, 2022 isn't delivered yet. Kindly make sure to see into it and make it possible to be delivered on the given address asap.

My sister's PAN Card ( Application no. [protected]) was dispatched by NSDL vide VELEX LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. Airway bill no. [protected]. When i visited their website i saw that they delivered my sister's PAN CARD 07 September 2022 to the wrong person or maybe they did a Fraud delivery. It is irresponsible on part of company deliver at wrong address.The is still not received. Please arrange the delivery of card and take appropriate action against the person responsible make delivery at wrong address.

On August 16, the delivery boy of Velex logistics called and inquired about the location. Then he said that he will deliver the pancard tomorrow. After taking it, they put the status as door closed. Today, August 23, they have not delivered the pancard yet.

On August 16, the delivery boy called me. He said that he will bring the pancard. Then they put the status as door closed.
Please do the needful.

Sir, I had applied for PAN Card. Upon checking the delivery status, it is erroneously showing as having been delivered while I have not received the card at my address so far. Kindly arrange to check the actual status of the same and ensure that the card is delivered to me promptly.

Pan card was supposed to be delivered by 28 may 2022. Now it's 23 June 2022.

I wondered to find the details of tracking that the Courier has been Picked up at Mumbai on 11th Jan '22 and took such a long duration to reach Vijayawada Hub by 21st Jan 22. Even after it reached the destination city, it has not been delivered till now.

The contact number of Velex Courier is never picked and answered. It's a puzzle to find how they could be contacted over phone.

Very poor service from Velex and I would rate it as '0' on a scale of '10'.

I regret to mention that I have escalated a complaint against Velex with NSDL and hope the delivery service partner would be replaced with a better one.

Hoping to find a response to this email and/or renderance of service through quick delivery, ASAP.
