Way bill no [protected]. Through one day delivery paying rs 360 i handed over an envelope to bluedart courier at delhi to be delivered at kolkata by 6 pm next day. When the envelope was not delivered even after 7 pm, and on asking about the same to the customer care representative, i was replied very rashly by them. There is much to tell. Finally bluedart service is hopeless and worthless.
