Venky's — Complaint

Hello Sir / Madam.

My name is sachin atri from aurangabad,

This is to inform you,
I had purchased venkys chicken salami yesterday from your Venkys Xpress, cannaught gargen, cidco, Aurangabad.

This purchase was done by mistake.
I just want to exchange the product only,
I don't want any kind of refund.
As I am a regular customer to venkys store.
As being a regular customer I haven't expected this kind of reply from the store.
But, today I called the store & spoke to the outlet & the staff is not at all co-operating & giving me the silly excuses I.e
We don't have authority from the company to exchange & due to covid 19 we can't do this kind of things.
Kindly suggest me what can I do.
