We would like to bring this to the attention of your company that one of your employees is Satveer Singh Lakra who is based in Sonepat, he has KYC our company whose name is DPM Group, he is giving goods to DP Group by doing KYC of DP Group. While this entire project has been bought by DPM Group, even after we have filed all the documents, Satveer Singh Lakra did not get KYC transferred from DP Group name to DPM Group and still DP Group birds over the same project. giving and all documents and proof submitted regarding this in your mohali office

This is very bad experience with Venkys located at Sinhgad road when i walked towards Venkys from 2KM to take Parcel orders but Manager Declined to accept orders. He replied they only accept orders from ZOMATO and SWIGGY not sure this outlate only designed for only Online Foods sales team. They dont care about customer who walked to place order.

I bought venkys chicken pop from big bazaar Chinchwad... This time when I tried them... It tasted like ###... I was seriously disappointed because I trust venkys... The expiry date was 08/2021. But it tasted sour and and had a bad smell while cooking... I hope they fix this

I have bought Venky's chicken burger from More Super Market, Ahinsha Khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.

When I started frying the chicken burger, it started producing lots of popping sound, some white color FAT started coming out from the burger.

It is not expected that a company like Venky is selling such sub-standard quality product.

Do you have any policy of replacement?

Bought Chicken burger from More super market. when started frying the burger I found that the quality is very poor. Any reason why White like Fat is coming from inside the chicken burger. When frying it started popping out with sound and seems something wrong with the quality fo the product.

Similar things happened a year back also.

Venky being such a big company, customer cannot expect this kind of quality issue. Do you have any policy of sending good replacement?

Last week i bought chicken burger patty 10 pieces for rs.338/- and today i bought chicken burger jumbo patty for rs. 455/- but when i match the size, both packets are 900 gms. May i know why its called jumbo and why are we paying rs. 117 extra

I bought venky chicken nuggets 500gm pack from more mega store in rohini. I checked the manufacturing date as i always do so but after somedays when i opened it and fried, it wasn’t fresh, bad quality chicken. I called the consumer complaints contact number 3-4 times the very next day but they didn’t answer a single one. I am highly disappointed with their service.

This is to inform you that no body visit my poultry farm i. E. Doctor nor any venky people, while i am using feed and layers of venky products. Presently in my farm layers are dying. Many times telephonic discussion occurred with dr dipak but he never bothered to visit my farm nor did he send any venky people to check the status of layers.
Its a sincere request to please look into this matter as soon as possible.

This is about venky's outlet at chandigarh, sector 38 d,
These guys dont even give burgers in boxes and the tissues they give are low quality compared to the beautiful ones given out at other outlets
I paid rs 344 through my debit card and they said card got cancelled transaction did not complete, again i paid 344 rs through paytm on dec 28, 2019. The amount debited by my card has not yet come to my account everytime i speak to them they make some excuse
Extremely disgusting, the way they packed my burgers in a small brown bag instead of boxes
These guys are the worst outlet in chandigarh, even the one at gillco valley, mohali is 1000 times better than these guys

Despite repeated requests and time and again visiting with your company by the following employees whose epf account no as noted against each, the company has not taken action regarding submission of their final withdrawal epf claims :-
(A) mr jagdev singh (Epf a/c no pb/chd/0029269/000/[protected] left job about one year back.

(B) hardev singh (Epf a/c no pb/chd/0029269/000/[protected] left job about 2-3 years back.

They are being harassed by mr bhupinder singh, staff of factory located at sansarpur terrase (Hp), mr naresh kumar and mr kamal both sitting at chandigarh. As and when they contacted with them they told them that your claims have already been forwarded to epfo chandigarh on line but the amount still not credited in their accounts. Kindly look into the matter and to the needful on priority. Thanks.

Me and my wife wanted to use washroom urgently at your so called famous outlet at wanowarie pune 411048 Mr. Sainath shinde your esteemed officer behaved rudely with me and my wife and shouted at us and asked us for a order in a way to use the washroom. We told him that you cannot say no to use a washroom as per the court order and he started behaving rudely with my wife. Does venkys has lost it so called dignity or it does not matter at all. I need a resolution and a apologie from sainath shinde that to written and verbal else will have to raise the issue on social platform.

Hi, this is souransh chugh proprietor muskaan poultry farm, nilokheri, karnal (Haryana). I have deposit the full payment of layer chicks quantity (17000) in advance in 11nov2017 for the first week of march.8000chicks of these 17000 received on 31march2018. Remaining 9000chicks not received till now. So please its a humble request to you please deliver the remaining chicks as soon as possible.

We had purchased the chicks in the month of october of your company. On second day we have vaccinated the chicks by md vaccines, but vaccination didn't work on them due to this marek's disease had be caused on all the flocks, from where we had purchased the medicines they didn't given us instruction how to use the medicines on chickes, and there was no terms and conditions disclosed on cyclinder, and no helper was sent that could told us that how to use the same. Now suggest us that what could be done to solve the major problem, and revert as soon as possible, situations is going very critical now.

Dear sir,

I submitted my two reumbursment bill of my wife pregnency,

1) pol no - [protected] - submitted on 16.09.2017 of rs - 6414 only.
2) pol no - [protected] - submitted on 29.12.2017 of rs - 5196 only.

Total = 11610 rs.

I visited esic office bibewadi pune (Mh) several time but i couldn't get proper answer form any officer. Already my net salary is less than 15000 and if the amount of all medical bills is only 11610.
Please give me proper guidence. And if my bill not passed then please dont cut esic 250 rs in my salary acconut in future...

Well i always loved venkys, but only before the last visit it was so terribly bad. We ordered a garlic and pepper roast chicken full and few grilled chicken burger at venkys xprs salunke vihar where u will usually find a manager with a huge moustaches. So when the order was served to us it was uncooked and partially frozen to add to it the chicken was flavourless... As if it was boiled and coated with some sause on the top. This was the case with both the items the roasted chicken and the burger pattie aswell... As i was a venkys fan (Not any more) i walked upto the same manager with moustaches just to suggest him as a genuine customer hoping that it could be better next time... But that fellow responded in such weired manner... I am sure i am not visting this place again and would not let any of my friends or family get there either... And those who are reading this its an alert not to visit this place it is worsened to core, especially the staff there they are not even taking responsibility of there mistakes... Hope this helps u guys...

I am a fan of venky's products i've tried all the products but this time i was not happy because the moment i opened the bag of chicken sausage i found hair inside. That was so disgusting that i had to threw the whole bag worth 275. How can you help me with this and i also clicked a picture if you don't believe i can send you that anytime.

I have placed my order nd yet they are like time lagta hae its not first time iam eating in venkys it took exactly 40 min is this a kinda thing you all do with coustomers and even there is no apology sir this this this matter all the staffs are busy in their own gigles not bothered about the coustomer waaaaooooo never again going to visit this venkys
