Livpure is one of the pathetic product. After installation, we frequently experienced health issues and there was no one to attend to us from livpure. There was delayed response after cancellation of subscription and till now, there is no refund from their side....

Livpure team is always talking very arrogantly and just giving same answer to everyone that they tried calling us but either it didn’t connected or I missed a call. I am attending every spam call and they still say same reason and closing my request . They are torturing in cancellation process. I’m trying to cancel it very first month but their fake statements and hidden conditions made me to use this machine for 4 months...

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Live Pure Water Purifier regarding the lack of resolution to a complaint I raised on March 7th, 2024 with the complain number [protected]. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue, no satisfactory action has been taken by the company.

They have said water purifures is good n 3 to 5 year it will perform well

After just 11 months use water stopped coming so we called for technician from Livpure

Company authorized agent is charging exorbitant money for his services.
For two clamps required for hanging the unit on wall Rs. 300 has been charged and Rs. 305 for installation.
No bills are being furnished despite repeated asking neither for material nor for service....

I had rented a livpure water purifier from furlenco in 2021 and last year in 2023 i was told from furlenco that they are no longer collaborating with livepure and i can wish to cancel the subscription or continue it with livpure. I subscribed to Livpure filters for 6 months, initially paying a security deposit of 1500 and recharged 6000. I had filed a request for relocation on 8th April 2023, around 1799/- amount was prepaid for remaining period at the time. The company didn't agree for relocation and wanted to take away the product without any refund.
