I bought a Livpure Allura Premia 7L RO+UV+UF water purifier (Serial No. E20L12D1000053) on Flipkart in April 2024. The invoice clearly says "No Service Cost for 2.5 years - All Filters Included". The plan ends around 19 October 2026.

For 29 months, not a single filter was changed. Every time a technician visited, he said no change was needed, even though the water taste had become bad.
