    On jan 26th i put forth that my lg tv is not working, contacted nagapattinam venus to complaint where i bought it.in my 1st call, very lethargic reply from the shop (Wait for 4 days).in my 2nd call shop manager spoke & a complaint has been raised. Technician took my tv on feb 02 they took away to service centre. Still now don't know what's d bug in it. (Even lg tv technician s jus rolling on d time) & no response from venus electronics, nagapattinam (Very worst after sales support). Hardly 10 days over from jan 26 onwards. When will they return my tv...???

      I have bought a 200 litre solar water heater, materials were arrived. I booked a call for installation. They told me to come installtion, i arranged plumber for help. But they did not come, not attended my phone call. On evening they told to come next day. I spent rs.1200 to plumbers. On next day their person called at 7.30 am to come for installation, i again called 1 plumber. At 11 pm they called me and told not able to come today. I called their head mr. Sathish, he told me, i send a person today anyway and finish the installation. We waited for a day. There is no response from them. I have spend rs.500 to plumber. Totally i have cheated by venus home appliances. I have booked a compliant to their website, no response. I called their customer care number, no response. I am very absetted by venus. I talked my supplier nelco electerical to return back the product. Totaly i spend rs.1700 without any work, and wasted my works

        Hello, everyone this is jajal this side. I have a complain regarding your product. This month i brought water heater. Before we start use there is some problem in it. I can not use your water heater. I dont know what happen inside. I realy totaly belive your products that why i brought it. Please this my humble request if it is possible you replace your product or send someone to repair it as soon as possible.

          Made a mistake of buying venus geyser as it started leaking so lodged a complaint[protected] and thier person came today but on checking he said tank is leaking which is not repairable and asked to go for a new geyser i was shocked that product quality is so bad that it cant even be repaired but the real shock was when he asked to pay 207/- for showing face and telling that it is a pice of junk now this a open loot customer who already stands at loos due to third class product forced to pay more jut to know he is being buged by venus this highly unprofessional and unethical.

            I have bought your 10gl model serial no [protected] water heater on dec 2016. I roughly used on the starting of 2017 winter only. Within 3 months continuous usage in nov it found coil got burnt. After calling & reminding continuously one of your service engineer replaced the same at the end of nov. Now in feb '18 again it is not working. Irrespective of my continuous follow up from monday no one visited for service.
            If you are not able to provide a product who reliable life is not more than 3 months continuous why you are making customer life in hectic position? Take this wiorthless model back & give me a model which can withstand. Else send your r&d head address. I will send him the water heater as a gift for his worthless team's invention.

            There is leakage in venus geyser.please send the concerned person as soon as possible.the person came on 3rd january and changed gasket but when it was installed by plumber he said there was still leakage.i called up the person who came but he refused to come again and asked me to complain again.
            I submitted a complaint in local venus store about 40 days ago. And still my problem is not solved. I purchased a lg tv 6 years ago and now the tv is not working. There is no fault from our side. When i switch on the power both the display and the speaker is not working. The light at the corner of the tv constantly blinks.

              Not working at all, the power indicator on the body is not showing anything.
              Electrician checked our power line (Plug point board) and found power is coming till the plug point. Internally there must be some problem for which it is not working at all. Tried to docket the complaint, which was either busy or not been attended by your operators.
              Absolutely disgusting for any new client, which can damage your market share as it proves very poor after sales service from your part.

                  I buy venus water heater 3l lava on 7th feb, 2016. This product is yet on warranty and i complaint for this from 1 week 3-4 times but yet the company sent no one to solve the issue.
                  Which type of company is this? They dont care for their credit also?
                  In water heater everything is ready from outside but it was not making the hot water.
                  Send me the service provider to resolve my issue or i will put away your water heater.

                    Purchase of bosch washing machine:

                    In the above mentioned store, we have purchased the bosch washing machine series-4, 6.5 kg capacity. When we went to the store they had demo the product and we are happy and paid the full amount.

                    We had requested them to deliver the product 2 days after because persons will not be there and not auspicious day.

                    They delivered the product on 27.09.2017 to us and the product was not a new product as there were many scratches in paint words were not there. The demo person came from the bosch and demonstrated the product and went without showing the real run.
                    When we try to the machine was not working and complaint registered bosch person again came to our home and checked, said that the pressure of water is not enough to run the machine.

                    My question is
                    1. Why this is was not checked on demo date?

                    When we informed about the damages to the product the demo person asked us to contact the venus electronics since they deliver the product.

                    We have visited the store and enquired fraudlent sakthivel the manager of that store and asked the details.
                    You should see the response by sakthivel below

                    1. Why didn't you take the product immediately?
                    2. If you delay taking then this will happen, we cant help?
                    3. We have asked for the contact of demo person. He replied that "we cannot give the details" and further added that the demo person left the job.
                    4. The product is damaged we said, he replied that "once sold from venus you have to deal only with bosch customer care" dont ask us. Is this the way you deal with customers dear venus??
                    5. We have raised a complain that washing machine is not running.. He replied that scratches and damage in product is due to over usage — how ironical it is.. When the washing machine is not running because of proper water pressure how come the damages happen due to over usage??

                    The total 1 hour interaction with him was waste of time and his response made us think that he purposely sold the second hand product to us for the original cost we paid to the sotore.

                    Such a pathetic venus electronics. I plead to everyone that if you want to save your hard earned money then dont visit venus electronis.

                    Dear venus electronics,

                    My intention is not to offend but my hard earned money has been ruined by sakthivel. This is totally out of frustration. If you want to keep up your reputation then please take action on fraud sakthivel manger of your group and replace the washing machine.

                    Is this a fresh product or a demo product???

                    If i get good response then i will definitely put a post praising your concern. If not then you deserve this curse

                      Hello team venus,

                      I had purchased venus water heater model w/h 10 lt splash gl for inr.7300/- from vetri - velacherry, we were told by the sales staff at vetri - velacherry that this particular model is the best and fast selling model (Though expensive) we still bought it. Despite being just 11 months old, every now and then the heater is not working. Yesterday one of your service staff had come and said that it has just tripped (As always) and advised us to keep it at low heat (I am quite surprised, why in earth should we buy a high end model and use it at low heat). We do not have any issue with another brand of water heater which is 14 years old and still going strong in the other washroom. Its a shame on venus to advise a loyal consumer like me who has been with venus for the past two decades to use it sparingly and at low heat.

                      If the model cannot work on high heat, why the heck should the company have the model in store. I have complained once again to the service center and they have promised to send a service guy tmrw to repair the defaulted piece sold. Infact we had a service guy come on the 15th sept vide complain no[protected] and the same issue was resolved earlier.

                      If the high end model venus water heater which is sold does not work properly even within 10 months time, i personally request your company to replace the defective piece sold immediately.

                      Being a brother of a leading lawyer in chennai, though i am encouraged to go to file a case in the consumer court, i holding it as i have the confidence with a good company like venus who will address a genuine consumer issue.

                      I hope venus service team is not waiting for the warranty period to get over so that they can charge for the service request and spares post the warranty to repair the venus water heater.

                      Look forward to your prompt response. You may collect all my details from vetri home appliances velacherry - vide bill no tngr-924- dt.14th nov 2016.                         Please send service engineer for repairing of it. That was purchased on jan2014 at ongole 10 ltrs capacity model splash. But your tall free number not lifting by any one,. I called several times, i mailed for given mail id also.
                        Your response for customer call is very very poor,

                        We as a strong believer of the brand of venus was highly disappointed. Atleast for regain the faith, respond as early possitively

                          The element of the geyser has to be replaced and we are facing issues with it. No proper response from the team as the service team is stating that material is not there in the service center and it will take seven days to come from the company.
                          Kindly replace my geyser as its under warranty if the service cannot be given from the team..
                          Very bad service from the team. We are not happy at all.

                            I have purchased a venus 15 l water heater in jan and the product lasted only 8 months. i have called the customer care service for more than 20 times and wrote them e mails and still no response. the dealer has no idea about the customer care. the product is still under warranty and the service person refuse to come home. i feel cheated. please never buy this venus products better go for some better brands.

                              I purchased the water purifier on 23/11/2015.
                              From last one month the water purifier giving water high in TDS. family members have fallen ill due to consumption o[censored]ntreated water given by faulty appliance.
                              Even after many repeated calls to customer care service numbers, no one has bothered to make a visit and change the filter/membrane.
                              They keep saying, they will come for service but no one turns up.
                              It's the pathetic support system ever.

                              I have given a water heater which is under warranty for service or replacement. They have taken more than two weeks and still say that the spare parts have not yet come.

                                we have purchased a venus gas heater at nellore, andhrapradesh in last september 2015 and we had a problem with heater on july 19 2016 so i logged a online complaint and the reference number is[protected] their service person visited and said that there is a issue with sensor and need to replace a new one we have waited almost a month and called back the same person but he is not responding at all so we called to service centre again, they informed us that call is closed as problem is resolved but actually not resolved again they they raised a complaint[protected] but till now there is no response.
                                please do the need full .

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    We had purchase 35 Ltrs. Venus Heavy Duty Geyser from Ramdeo Enterprises vide bill no. CR/13118 dated 24.04.2009 of Venus Brand.

                                    We had made complain to Venus service centre vide complain no. 003619 date 28.11.2009, 003887 dated 07.12.2009, 004039 dated 10.12.209 and 004357 dated 18.12.2009. Fresh complain was made vide complain no CL279 dated 26/12/2009 but till date nothing had been done. We are not getting proper response from Venus though the Geyser is on warranty period.

                                    Sir we request you to kindly lodge a complain against Venus Home Appliances (P) Ltd. to resolve the matter.
