Hi,
I ordered two products (Product ID VM 22015426 and VM[protected] from their official website.
I had raised the return request for both the products within 15 days of receiving them.
AWB number - [protected]
The delivery boy came to pick up a returned product (VM[protected] with a return waybill number is [protected].I still haven't received the refund for this.
Also, they are not sending any delivery boy to pick up another product VM22015426.
Please help me in getting the refund. They show incorrect image on website and when the product is received it is completely different. Was this information helpful? |
